Just for a economic purpose is ok but...
Room was affordable and was close to the visiting location that is why I choose but I was not that satisfied overally. Good things were having various equipment like refri, washing machine, coffee machine even knife etc. And the room had a living room. But the bad things were having a noisy environment becuase it was right beside of a major car road, the contiental buffet was so bad enough with not fresh fruits and sauered milk. I drank some. It seems that they were not interested in serving a good breakfast but giving a something for stuffing.

Nos da gusto que le gustara la habitación y se sintiera cómodo en ella, lamentamos el ruido por estar a un lado de la carretera, trataremos de mejorar el desayuno continental, nuestras frutas son frescas y del día. pero estaremos mas pendientes del desayuno. Gracias por sus comentarios

GREAT ATTENTION FROM THE STAFF. However, this is not a hotel. It's an apartment building. Fully equipped (full size kitchen, big fridge, silverware, big bathroom, laundry washer, etc,) like a house. No mini-bar. No vending machines. The only service is a light breakfast. Because of its location in the Mexico-Toluca route, you depend either on your car / Uber or Uber Eats to get anything,

Nice place, Ok Location, weird experience
It`s a little difficult to find the place and to get an Uber or delivery of food, it`s a mix of hotel+Corporate housing+Condo.

Appartement de standing dans une résidence agréable mais loin du centre et proche de l'autoroute donc bruyant. Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, préférez donner rendez-vous au taxi ou uber à l'immeuble avant sinon le gardien vous fera perdre plein de temps avec de la paperasse à remplir

Pésima ubicación.
La ubicación del hotel es pésima en una avenida rápida a mitad de curva. El edificio es un complejo de departamentos y el hotel cuenta con un espacio designado. Para llagar debes cambiar elevador, la recepción es una de las habitaciones y si quieres desayunar lo tienes que hacer junto al recepcionista y la contadora. El cuarto es muy amplio y limpio. Pocas amenidades en el baño. No volvería a quedarme.

Precisa melhorar café da manhã, muito fraco. Servicios de amenidades no cuarto e fraco também. Tem que reclamar por shampoo e acondicionador, incluso por reposição de papel higiênico. Vagas incômodas e aceso por elas e bem dificultoso; tem q tomar dois elevadores e caminar entre eles. Si esta com malas grandes no e muito legal. Um solo elevador por zona e poca coisa. Compensa por valores e cantidade de pessoas por apartamento.

Pros: The condo was great, very spacious, comfortable beds, nice view. Great customer service. The guys working the reception were very nice and helpful. Cons: Very hard to find. We struggled every time we left as the taxi drivers or uber drivers didn’t even know where the hotel was. We had 3 uber drivers get lost when picking us up in just 5 days. Not being able to wait for them outside was also an issue as we were stuck having to wait inside the parking garage. The cleaning crew was not the best. She went in the room to do the beds but wouldn’t even take the garbage out most of the days. The first night we got there we found a dirty floor in one of the bedrooms and hair still on the shower floor.

Contamos con planta de emergencia para cubrir el suministro de electricidad en las cocinas y pasillos de las suites, le confirmo que está ya solucionado ese problema externo que de manera directa nos afectó en esos días. El personal del hotel es lo amable indispensable. Más no tiene la actitud de servicio necesaria. .. el cua rto limpio. La cama con bolas y ya vencida hacia un lado.... la falta de restaurante en un lugar donde ni hay nada alrededor es malisimo.

Functional and comfortable
Spacious, comfortable and clean apartments. Staff is cordial, but service does not compare to one of a hotel. It works well for a business trip.

Bien, aunque no es un hotel, es renta de deptos.
En realidad nosotros esperabamos un hotel y resultó ser un pequeño departamento, muy cómodo y muy bonito

Ehepaar - Hotel okay
Wir waren 4 Tage in diesem Hotel und es war soweit in Ordnung. Da wir unseren Sohn überraschen wollten, lag dieses Hotel ideal zu seinem Haus. Leider lag es an einer großen sehr befahrenen Schnellstrasse, so dass man sehr viel Autolärm hatte, vorallem nachts. Ansonsten kann man das Hotel empfehlen, aber eher doch nur für Geschäfsleute.

pesima una pesadilla, no es hotel son departamentos, prometen wifi nunca sirvio, ni trabajar pude, prometen desayuno, tienen un poco de fruta y un pedazo de pan, no room service, el check out es a las 11 am. no pude ni tener junta ahí, el taxi tardo 30 minutos en llegar por mi desde que lo pidieron en recepción. olvide mi cargador de iphone y en segundos se lo robaron los empleados de ahí. en fin no debería estar en su prestigiosa pagina web.

Exellent if you are planning to stay for few days
As I read in some reviews.... little tricky to get there first time, security people are not so helpful, but apart from that is what We expected... Comfortable room, clean and well furnished, gym, pool.... excellent attention from the staff. Definitively I would return !!!!
