Our Stay
The hotel had an odd odor. There was a red stain on the bedspread. When we first arrived, I met the husband/owner? I offered to pay for the whole weekend right then. He said no, just 1 night. "we can deal with the rest later" So we went to our room, went out to dinner. Upon our return, my husband was met at the front door by the wife/Owner? Saying "You must pay everything now!" 1. I had just offered that and been told No 2. What hotel forces payment up front? 3. Wash the bedspreads 4. The husband seemed very friendly, Not so much with wife.

Great place and highly recommend
Our family stayed up here on Saturday night prior to the boys having a ski lesson at Copper the following day, so we could avoid the traffic. It was perfect, we enjoyed the ease of everything the Dillon Inn offered from check in to check out. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and the continental breakfast saved us time in the morning as well. The service is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. We are staying up there again this weekend and we booked the Dillon Inn. Thank you

Great place to stay.
I am a female traveling alone on this trip and I felt completely safe staying at the hotel. It was very quiet, clean and all the amenities worked perfectly. The continental breakfast was more than just a sweet roll. There was fresh fruit, OJ, strong coffee in addition to a variety of breads and oatmeal. The pool was clean and the hot tub holds 6 - 8 people.

Good location but bed linens appeared dirty.
It was fine because I am not picky but the room seemed a bit dirty --especially the bedspread covers. No coffee in room and otherwise a little tired.

Good little place to stay.
Clean room and close to several restaurants and the Lake. Nice breakfast and easy access to the interstate. Staff was helpful and friendly. We needed needle and thread and they got one for us. We also asked for a couple of trash bags for laundry and they gave us extras. Good deal for the price.

Close to Everything
Everything is good; like that it is family run hotel. Could skimp a little less; not cut corners, but all in all GOOD!!

Great Value
For the price; Dillon Inn is always clean. Great swimming pool and hot tub-not over used and always clean. Rooms have a fridge and microwave but basic in other amenities.

While the Dillon Inn is by no means the fanciest of inns, it's a great, super-quiet and less expensive place to stay during the ski season. The owners live on the premises and they're good folks. :-)

Indoor pool was so cold you could not swim in it. Also, the owner seemed annoyed by the guests. This is my third time to stay at this hotel and each time it is progressively worse. I Would not stay here again.

Worked very well
Great location for mountain sports. Staff were helpful and very accommodating during our 5-day stay. Gave us a choice of what room location would work best for us.

Terrible Owners
Family owned hotel and they are very rude. The owners had there son walking up and down the hallway looking for something to throw a guest out of there hotel after paying. We should of known at check in that there was going to be trouble when you walk into the hotel and the lobby looks like there personal living room. The son would put his ear up to the doors to hear if the TV was to loud or if he can hear coughing. They definitely stereo typed my family. My husband has long hair and I brought my teenage son and his girlfriend with us. I had a cold and we where laughing I guess to loud when we heard a very loud banging at the door. When I opened up the door, the owner was standing there with his son yelling at me and pointing to the door screaming at the top of his lungs that there is no smoking and he was going to charge my credit card $200 dollars for smoking. We were not smoking in the hotel room and i was really upset that he thought we were just because I had a cold and his son heard coughing and that my husband has long hair and thought we were smoking marijuana.

Fun Weekend Getaway
Great stay. Nice hotel at a reasonable price in a great location. It was great having the Dillon Dam Brewery next door and the bike trail is just down the street.

Dillon Inn
Great inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Dillon. Close to the reservoir and great views. And close to breweries, restaurants, shops, etc. It's not the Ritz, but it's comfortable and is everything we were looking for. Friendly staff too.

Unique and pleasant stay
The overall appearance of this Inn was pleasant and very well maintained, the room was very clean and comfortable, the personnel was friendly and courteous, the only downside was some of the exercise equipment was out of order,which I was looking forward to using. Over all a great to stay

The hotel is in a great location! It is right on the bike trail, close to Lake Dillon and close to great restaurants!

Clean and comfortable - No frills!
We stayed only one night. Room was clean and comfortable - no frills. It did have a refrigerator and microwave. Free breakfast was a roll and coffee or tea. I went to the hot tub - had to remove the cover myself and none of the jets were working - disappointing. There were absolutely gorgeous flowers outside of the hotel. Pretty setting in beautiful Dillon

The hotel is older, thin walls and hard beds. Sleeping was a struggle. The hotel is a good location and maintained just needs updated.

Nice for the weekend!
Went for a romantic getaway, and enjoyed every minute. The room was nice and the hotel manager was friendly. Not much for breakfast at hotels, but there were areas around to chose from. I would definitely return here.

This place has great views and close to activities
The staff was really great. They were able to direct me to a local spot to rent bicycles. It's close to the Dam Brewery which has amazing food. The only complaint I would have is the workout room. The treadmill and elliptical were broken. The weight machine had a taped seat that was painful with some of the movements. The recumbent bike was the only one that functioned properly. The room was super clean and we used the mini fridge to hold our leftovers from the Brewery. The flowers were breathtaking. Overall, it is a good place. Clean, friendly, and quiet but needing a bit of updating.

Pretty good for the price.
Room was small but comfortable. Same with the bathroom. Staff very nice and helpful. They have wi-fi, but it is unreliable and weak. Not a place to stay if you need to work online. They have "breakfast" but it is very limited. There is a pool and hot tub, but the pool is cold and the jets in the hot tub are so weak as to be almost non-existent. All in all, it's an ok place if you're looking for inexpensive. It's close to everything.

The hotel is really not a whole lot to talk about, but the location in Dillon is beautiful, mountains everywhere. The owner (guy) at the front desk went out of the way to help me when I messed up my booking a bit, so that was very nice of him as he didn't need to help me out, but did. We were there for a wedding and all the other people who had rooms had issues with their toilets as we did. Very low pressure and I had to put the chain back onto the "bobber" a couple of times and then had to hold the flusher down to get it to work and quite a few times just gave up and figured I'd try again later... It's a very basic hotel w/no frills, but adequate enough. The "breakfast" is just bagels, bread, english muffins, etc for toasting w/butter, cream cheese and jelly. I would really have LOVED some peanut butter, as at least I could have had some protein if there was some. I believe there was some cereal as well and of course there was some coffee and juices. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room which was great.

We would stay again!
Highly recommend this Inn. We stayed for 3 nights. Reasonably priced, very clean, and decent amenities. The pool area was clean and attractive with the glass walls to the outside view. Hot tub was nice too. Did not use the small exercise room. Continental breakfast - not plentiful in variety, but adequate in function. In walking distance of Outlet mall, shopping areas, several restaurants, free bus stop, and the bike path/river. Wi-Fi was a little slow at times. One recommendation - room needed more hangers or drying racks! :o) We had an enjoyable stay and would stay again. Thank you!

Price is reasonable, Owner is nice, View is lovely. But rooms and amenities are sparse. Carpet is worn. Bathrooms are small. Toilet is so low it is almost dangerous. Soap is small, thin sliver of Ivory Snow. Shampoo is thin plastic squeeze packet. Complimentary breakfast (cold items and limited) offered In the lobby. Best feature of this place is hot tub and pool; however, hot tub is over 100 degrees, and pool is too cold. There are better motels in the area for the same price.

Great value
The hotel management is very friendly and accommodating. There is even a grill outside in the courtyard which we were allowed to use. Location is not right on the lake, but very close. For the 4th, you can just walk up the trail and see fireworks from the dam.

Very Clean rooms, Nice owners and awesome views
Me and my family only stayed one night but room was nice and clean.nrooms are small and the breakfast was pretty much non existent. Bagel and fruit and shot glass coffe cups but the pool and hot tub were very nice and they had other good amenities. The views were amazing from hotel parking lot and for the price we will definitely stay again

Exactly what we had hoped for....
We booked for 2 days while on a snowboarding trip and we had ZERO issues from check in to check out. Room was clean and had everything we needed for this trip. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay there again if back in that area.

Cozy Environment
Access to hot tub was a plus, we spent time at Marriott in Breckenridge once before, and you had to access hot tub from outside (miserable). Dillon Inn did a great job for our needs.

Clean hotel close to entertainment.
It was good. A little pricey for the experience though and the breakfast is very basic.
