The property is beautiful - quiet, relaxing and great food. The staff are just so welcoming, friendly and attentive. The only thing that has marred our stay is the inaccurate information provided by QANTAS in this deal for travel to and from Vanuatu. This false advertising has caused a lot of stress, as we were meant to fly direct from Sydney as advertised but instead were diverted and left stranded in Auckland for three days due to last minute flight cancellation then had flights to get us home cancelled as well. Spending hours on the phone to Qantas and getting no help from them, paying extra$$ for new flights has made this holiday hard to enjoy as it was intended. And we know others here from Australia have experienced the same ordeal. Fly Virgin only to Vanuatu!

It is the most beautiful property we every stayed in on so many levels. The grounds, water sports and the accommodation is beautiful and spotless clean. The dining is plentiful and delicious - each meal crafted perfectly. And then there are the most beautiful people who were looking after us- everyone is caring, most friendly and very generous. We feel honored and prviiliged to stay at Havannah and will be returning!

The Havannah is a slice of paradise. My friends and I recently celebrated my birthday at the Havannah. The staff surprised me with a birthday song and a special cake. We had two lagoon pool villas. The rooms were clean and impressive. The staff at the Havannah are for me what makes it a 5***** establishment. So friendly, attention to details, and really welcoming. Shout out to Max, the dingy driver, John, Ron and Lily. They served us well and indulged our every request. The all day light menu and a la carte menus were scrumptious and full of variety. Special mention to the pan fried prawns. Oh la la it’s like waking up in heaven. The ladies that do the spa treatments are amazing too. I really recommend the full body relaxation massage. The picnic and sunset cruise is a definite must do too. Thank you so much for making my 40th birthday amazing and memorable. I will definitely be back. Shout out to Natalie, Anne, Liz and James for managing and running the place so well.I

Overall an excellent resort, highest quality meals were served throughout the day, staff was very much trying to make everything possible (with possibly more staff than guests) and the complementary leisure activities were great fun as well, particularly the visit of the turtle sanctuary and subsequent lunch at a lonely beach.

I became sick due to a parasite from contaminate food or water so whilst I thought it was a nice resort, that didn’t bode well. Also, I think it needed to be mentioned that all drinks including juices, soft drinks and sparkling water had to be purchased for the duration of the stay and were not included.

The Havannah was incredible. The location is beautiful, not too far, very relaxing, stunning views every day. The rooms are so luxe. The staff were fantastic - so friendly, warm and generous. Nothing was a hassle and they made us feel very welcome and cared for.

大人限定、しかも客室も少ないのでとにかく静かで穏やかな時間が過ごせました。 空港からは40分程かかりますが、プライベート感満載でビーチも透明度が高い。朝食、ランチ、ディナー全てインクルーズなのですが、とても美味しかったです！シェフはアジア人かな？タイ料理のチョイスがありました。アジア人は私達以外いませんでした。ニュージーランドや、オーストラリア人の40〜60代のカップルが多かったです。

Top shelf resort in a beautiful location. Small number of guests adds a strong personal feel to the resort. Owners and all staff are first rate in customer service. Great place to swim, snorkel or laze around the pool. Lots of other activities and tours on offer to get a good sense of culture and history of Vanuatu

Vanuatu Delight
Greg & Liz are delightful hosts and the staff are extremely considerate in everything they do. The suite we stayed in was overlooking a beautiful stretch of water with other islands not very far away and provided a great home-base for a week of relaxation. The Havannah's chef is also to be congratulated as we didn't have a meal that was not too our liking. This resort is definitely worth your time visiting and we were saddened to leave and hope to be returning in the near future.

Amazing location with all meals included means you can fully relax without constantly checking prices. The meals are of an extremely high standard and always delicious. If you are still hungry, the light meals menu is available all day with tapas options as well as larger meals e.g. burgers, fish etc.

Stunning location and rooms. Genuine, fun and friendly staff who make such a big effort to make your stay amazing. The food is beautiful and lunch/ dinner menus change every day. Loved eating on the jetty and the private beach dinner with bonfire! Really enjoyed the infinity pool, sunsets and catamaran cruise. Beautiful location with crystal clear waters and great sunsets. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Villa was well appointed, comfortable bed with a great view across the harbour. Food was very nice, though expensive and the selection isn't large. To be expected though, the location is isolated and transport links in the area aren't great. Is an adults only resort and with its small capacity, you can be assured of your personal space being respected and quiet being assured. Great place for a relaxing, indulgent holiday for couples.

混沌としたポートビラ市内中心部の姿とはまったく異なる素晴らしいリゾートで、地球の楽園のような美しい海に感動しました！ ニューカレドニアのついでに（失礼！）バヌアツを訪問したのですが、このホテルのおかげでバヌアツのほうが印象に残りました。 空港からホテルまでの移動は、当初はタクシーを利用することを考えていたのですが、出発当日ホテルからメールで連絡があり、フライト便名を伝えたところ、通関後の出口付近で 「Adventures in Paradise」という業者のカウンターに私の名前のネームボードを掲げて待っていてくれました。空港とホテルの往復でAUD112 (VT9,520)が必要ですが、ホテルと業者が提携しているため、タクシー代はホテルのチェックアウト時に支払えばOKです。ドライバーに直接払う必要がないので、結局VTへの両替はせずにすみました。 チェックアウト後、空港までの帰路の車はわたしたち夫婦だけだったので、有名なタンナコーヒーの直売所に立ち寄ってもらいました。空港で買うよりもお得で、AUDの現金も使えたのでシドニー在住の我々にはわかりやすく助かりました。空港での免税店も豪ドル表示だったので、この国ではVTと並んで一般的に豪ドルが通用するようです。また機会をみつけて必ず再訪したいと思っています。

Sensational! Deluxe Waterfront Villa with private pool, suspended daybed, ocean access, and bbq is absolute luxury. The food was delicious and changed daily. Staff were extremely pleasant and warm. This one will be hard to beat!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! So amazing, the food & staff are excellent quality! If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing oasis make sure you book this hotel. The room was super clean, staff always say hello and smiling, food was top quality and water sports access was also great. This is now my favourite hotel in the world! Beautiful hotel, waterfront rooms have fantastic views and ambience. Restaurant has fine quality food with lots of variety. Plenty of water sports. Staff are very friendly. Beautiful resort in an amazing paradise, but what made this resort so memorable was the staff and our interactions with them. They were all so helpful and friendly. A couple of the staff that we meet had a great sense of humour that we shared a few laughs with, it made it just that much better. When we return to Vanuatu we wont stay anywhere else.

The villas are well appointed, private and beautifully maintained. The views are very picturesque and easily accessed by all guests. It is a wonderful place to relax and recharge the batteries.
