The bedding has stains on it also the toilet would not flush. Breakfast was waffles and muffins but I guess you get what you pay for

The pool was closed. Shower did not work properly. Food selection was very limited with the waffle maker timer not working. The oranges looked very old and shriveled. Overall not a good experience.

Water damage hole in the hallway ceiling, Ice machine is leaking with water left on the floor and one towel sitting soaked in it. Gym only has a treadmill, step machine that doesn't stay on and an elliptical. Treadmill only stays on if the outlet is working. Window in room is broken and they placed tape over it and there is spider/mouse stick pads under the sink and in the cabinets/drawers. It smells of weed every where you walk inside, and parking lot had glass pieces every where. Pool also has been down, we were told, for many months. Broken and chipped furniture in rooms.

Shower head leaked not a good stream,didn't clean room or refresh towels. No TV channel list. Hot tub covered up, pool full but said closed under maintenance. Checked out day early still no email to get refund..

The hotel was old and run down. The refrigerator was a mini fridge, the microwave was from the 80's, literally, the bathroom was a tiny hallway, and the management was mean spirited and rude.

Tired & shopworn. Looks like from the 80s, needs a facelift. Pool was ‘closed for maintenance’ looks like for months. The hot tub could be seen in pool area, it was a hole in deck covered with black plastic. Our bed was supposed to be a queen, was clearly a full with a hard mattress. Bad nights sleep. Closet rod hanging loose, poorly installed. Toilet tank had lost its lid and was replaced by one that clearly was way too big. Outside, piece of gutter fallen off. No one cleared snow or put down ice melt, while neighboring businesses were cleared up. Cleanliness was ok, staff polite. To me looks like owners are mining value out of property by putting absolute minimum into it possible. Not up to standards for the chain, I wouldn’t be surprised if lost franchise.

First thing was we checked in and were given keys to our room. We unloaded the car and as we were walking to our room we were stopped, not very nicely and asked for our keys. They were working on the room and the front desk person did not know. We got to our new room and found that is was being worked on as well as the sink area by the bathroom was a mess, peeling wall paper and it just looked dirty. The bathtub was not cleaned well and had a bad rust spot in it. Breaksfast was a joke, we actually went out to breakfast as the offerings did not look great. Overall, I would not stay here again, thankfully it was only one night.

My room was partially inder construction. Wall paper torn off the wall by the bathroom sink area. Corner of the wall had dry wall peeling. When booked the initial hotel it was a ramada on google and it was actually a wingate. Would not recommend staying there.

This hotel is the lowest $$$, it comes with you get what you pay for. Patrons in this hotel are not from normal society, the rooms in the hotel got some roaches but not bed bugs. Plenty of parking space but no light in parking area.. front desk staff were very polite and humble.

The site shows continental breakfast, only stale muffins and cereal was offered. Ceiling falling in on our heads while sleeping. Building in disrepair.

The staff was great. The workout facility.was sad. It was all just for walking. Some people do lift weights. So to have nothing in there was oh so sad. Breakfast was ok. Room was good and quiet.

The whole purpose of my trip with my 4 year old was to have a nice relaxing night enjoying the pool and hot tub the pool room was cold and the hot tub was broken. The room was clean the staff was friendly but the one wall in our room was broken i am disappointed as a guest that there wasnt some sort of communication that the hot tub was out of service i would have moved on

The walls and doors are so thin in this hotel. You can hear people in the hallway from miles away. Woke up so many times just due to people walking in the hallway

BED BUGS!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!! My husband had bites on both arms, I have a bite on my chest so we checked the bed in the morning and sure enough found a few and blood stains on the sheets. We bagged up our stuff and headed home. We had to wash all our clothing and have our vehicle sprayed ($260) so we did not bring them into our house. Hopefully this warning will help others

Location was good but that's it. Hotel is dated, cleaning not close to par, and room was below what I would expect. Stayed on 3rd floor, room 310. Comforter had stains on it, told housekeeping but they did not replace for second night. Would have never picked this place but friends had rooms there so I went along with it. Not making that mistake again.

Bathroom way 2 small divided beds couldn't see my hrandson. The fridge needed defrosted badly. Stayed 2 nights they didn’t come clean the room and change sheets.

Spend the extra 20$ a night and go elsewhere
Room was not clean, went down to buy some water out of the pop machine abs it was all sold out. When I went to the front desk to purchase a couple from the lab y area, the guy working the front desk was very rude. The following morning when I went to shower our room had basically no hot water. I made due since we were heading out to watch football, when we got back to the hotel we wanted to hit up the hot tub which apparently has not been working for over a year (UPDATE YOUR RECORDS HOTELS.COM). I talked to the desk clerk who did give us a new room which had hot water. Very disappointed for 90$ a night.
