I have stayed at this hotel 5-6 times a year for the last 5 years, and it is always a pleasant experience, but this last visit was disappointing regarding customer service. It took over 5 minutes for me to be greeted when I arrived to check-in. The individual checking me in was indifferent, not rude, but definitely not friendly. I only bring this up because it was such a departure of my previous experiences.
The hotel is also going through a renovation, and the rooms are incredible and look amazing, but the hallways and my room had a strong odor of paint and glue.
Overall, my stay was fine, just not the top-level service I am accustomed to. I do look forward to visiting again in 6 weeks.
