분명히 숙박요금을 다 결제하고 갔는데 익스피디아에서 자기네한테 보낸 메세지는 호텔에서 결제하는거라고 한 (결국 그 직원이 뭔가 잘못 한 거였어요) 리셉셔니스트 때문에 매우 기분이 상했습니다 제가 다시 거듭 양측에 확인 요청을 해서 해결이 되긴 했는데, 암튼 좀 복잡했어요 방.상태는 괜찮았는데 이그제큐티브 라운지는 매우 부실했어요 전체적으로 호텔이 규모가 크긴 한데 번잡스럽고. . . . 좀 별로였어요 위치도 제가.리스본을 잘 알았다면 여기로 안 잡았을텐데. . . 가격 대비 만족스럽지 않았습니다

The hotel is really nice and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and did the job, anything asked for at reception arrived quickly. My son loved the pool which is nice. Breakfast amazing, Soul Garden is nice and the food tasty though portion sizes were small. My gripe with this hotel is it’s location. The surrounding area is borderline industrial and not pretty at all. The complementary shuttle bus to the old town is fantastic, though Uber / Bolt are really cheap. Overall we had a great stay, saw and did loads, staff were brilliant.

The staff were awesome, they can’t do enough for you. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located outside of downtown Lisbon and the hotel put on a complimentary shuttle bus, which saves a bus, metro or taxi fare. The hotel is very close by a metro station though.

Other than getting stuck in the elevator and no apology from front end staff it was an excellent place to stay the emergency button never worked in the elevator and we had to wait until someone else wanted to use elevator, we noticed that many guests we're having issues as well. Stairs were actually locked.... What would happen if a fire?? They did however have a free shuttle service to the downtown which was excellent.

I can understand that they converted the rooftop to a chargeable `sky lounge`, but to ask for 88€ extra for a 2 hour sauna and hot tub is unbearable for a 5 star hotel. Don´t go for dinner in the asian restaurant. The music is super loud and almost impossible to have a regular conversation We were told it´s a disco and they didn`t turn the music down

With regards to your experience at THE Spa, please allow me to clarify that our SPA at Corinthia Lisbon is equipped with an exclusive water treatment circuit ‘Aqua Thermal Area’ with bespoke facilities including sensorial showers, a cooling walk, cold plunge, bucket shower and an ice fountain, as well as Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna. The access to this area has an associated charge of 38 per person per one hour use or 68 for one hour per couple and it is dedicated to adults only. On the same level there is a gym with free access 24/7 and a dedicated indoor pool which can be accessed free of charge. Please accept our sincere apologies if this information was not clearly communicated to you when booking your stay with us or if you found it not convenient. Although this hotel is located a bit outside of the city centre, it's close to the zoo, an international public transportation depot and the airport. The hotel also provides a free shuttle that takes you to City Centre. The included breakfast was spectacular and has something for everyone. The spa with jacuzzi, sauna, cold plunges and massage jets makes it even more impressive as Europe's largest spa. Don't miss this amenity. The 24/7 gym was also a great perk, complete with on-site trainer and classes. I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff was accommodating and helpful. I have no complaints about this hotel and would definitely recommend to others

Um 5 estrelas que pode melhorar
Hotel muito bom, mas pecou em alguns detalhes. No checkin foram muito gentis ao permitirem nosso ingresso antes do horário previsto (o voo chegou às 10 e o checkin seria 14), contudo, com isso não observaram minha solicitação de um andar alto e com vista. Por outro lado, tive de solicitar mais duas vezes a cama extra contratada, além de terceiro jogo de toalhas e roupão. A desculpa: o hotel estava lotado… Ora bolas… Se lotaram, preparem-se para manter o atendimento… Isso não pode ser desculpa que, aliás, seria dada novamente na noite seguinte para um demorado pedido de room service no jantar. Na piscina encontramos - além da temperatura da água abaixo do confortável em se tratando de uma área coberta durante o inverno - várias toalhas usadas jogadas pelas espreguiçadeiras e somente uma não usada: tivemos de procurar auxílio para a reposição, que neste caso logo veio. O café da manhã é excepcional, com ótimo atendimento, comida gostosa e variadíssima, além de piano ao vivo. Os outros dois restaurantes do hotel são também muito bons. A localização do hotel não é das melhores, longe do Centro (possui um shuttle gratuito) e das principais atrações turísticas - por perto somente o Zoo e o ótimo museu Calouste. Por tudo isso, apesar de ser um cinco estrelas dou-lhe quatro.

Nothing like Corinthia London, would say more of a 4*, no 5* perks as per Corinthia London! Breakfast choice great, but staff attentiveness lacking.. Guest services don’t take your luggage to & from your room, anything extra you asked for they didn’t have it.. Sky Lounge really worth it, pay the extra & get this! Spa was great too!

Very nice property with excellent service. The food and drinks at the bars are overpriced. This is definitely not a five-star hotel. Good location close to the airport.
