My first room had 2 dirty bedframes/platforms, mold around the tub/shower, mold under the soap dish, and the cabinet where the refrigerator sat had what looked like leakage from the refrigerator. My second room had food that was thrown up on the wall and the curtains - same issue with mold in the bathroom, the tub must have been clogged as it took 10 minutes to drain after my ankle-deep shower. And again...food on the bed frame/platform. There were sunflower shells and wrappers in the windowsill. For the whole time I stayed there, there was a spill in the 1 working elevator that noone cleaned up.

Friendly staff at the front desk and great location. I appreciated that it was pet friendly. Door to parking lot and pet area was never opened and when I asked the maintenance guy if he was opening it, I got snarky response. My dog discovered lots of leftover “stuff” in the room, like lighter and broken pieces of furniture under the bed. Since parking lot door wasn’t open the only convenient and open parking was for diamond club members. Only one elevator was working and it was beyond slow.

Brittney was fantastic, kind, and so helpful! She knew where to send us for a great dinner that had gluten free options and it was great! The restaurant at the hotel was supposed to have GF options, so we decided to try it for breakfast. I don't know how GF their dinners can be considering the morning staff did not instill confidence in me that they knew much about gluten issues.

I stay in their hotel once a year for business and it’s always my favorite hotel stay anywhere! The bar and it’s staff are amazing as well as the front desk and the food and drink options are so surprisingly amazing as well! Pizza from Christy’s and street tacos from Elliot’s is a great start! The brewery down the street is also a great time.

Not your typical Hilton experience
Got there at 2:35 and our room was not cleaned yet. So we went and did some errands. When we returned at 3:45, found out the room was just serviced. When we checked into the room, there were empty gum wrappers (foil) all around the sitting chair. Had to hand pick them up. Only two towels and washcloths in the bathroom for two persons. We had to go down to get more towels and washcloths before we showered. Just not your typical “Hilton” experience.

Brittany simply made the stay that much better. This was our second time staying. We used to utilize the Courtyard, but the location and staff have changed our mind. We have family in Health, Utica and St. Louisville and this location is the perfect spot in the middle. Thanks again Brittany! Also we love room 606!!!

Perfect stay!
Our room was huge, clean and comfortable. The pool was delightful and warm. We used the Starbucks and that was nice. We did not have the breakfast so I cannot comment but we stayed here 4 years ago and the breakfast was good then. We will definitely stay here again if we come up for a concert at Legend Valley, which was a short drive.

Great Stay!
Came in for the weekend for a mini family reunion and graduation. Arrived late on check-in day and the front desk clerk was very approachable and welcoming. The staff was very kind and helpful.
