Scusandoci per il disguido della biancheria (certamente pulita ma con alcuni difetti che non sono ahimè stati notati né dal nostro servizio lavanderia, né dalle nostre cameriere ai piani), ci teniamo a fare qualche precisazione sulle sue altre critiche. Iniziando dal parcheggio, ci teniamo a precisare che, oltre al parcheggio pubblico gratuito, abbiamo a disposizione anche un piccolo parcheggio, sempre esterno, di nostra proprietà; nonostante ciò, qualora gli ospiti all'arrivo comunichino di aver già sistemato la loro auto sulle strisce bianche, il nostro consiglio è quello di lasciare l'auto dove si trova, dato che il nostro parcheggio è a circa 50 metri di distanza dall'ingresso dell'hotel, mentre i parcheggi su strisce bianche sono praticamente di fronte all'ingresso stesso. La camera al terzo piano che le è stata assegnata presuppone un piano di scale da fare a piedi, è vero; è anche vero che aiutiamo i nostri ospiti al terzo piano con i bagagli e che le camere di cui ci parla non sono le uniche ad essere raggiungibili solo tramite scale: infatti, in una struttura differente da tutte le altre e praticamente incastonata nella roccia, si sono dovute trovare alcune soluzioni progettuali che prevedono qualche gradino per raggiungere alcune camere. Per ultimo, siete stati accolti da una ragazza che lei definisce "palesemente inesperiente". Ha indovinato: chi l'ha accolta lavora con noi da pochissime settimane. Io penso che ognuno di noi abbia avuto il suo periodo di inesperienza o insicurezza, nella vita e nel lavoro, e sono invece orgoglioso che abbia definito la stessa persona cortese: fra qualche settimana, l'inesperienza inizierà a diminuire, mentre la cortesia, che caratterizza chi lavora in questo hotel, sono certo che rimarrà. ) La invito a tornare a visitarci per verificarlo di persona, rimaniamo a sua disposizione. Actually, our hotel has two entrances: we strongly recommend our guests to enter from Via Ottaviano, that is the hotel main entrance where you can also easily park, and not from via Torrenuova, that is our exit near the city center and, as you said, it is a narrow street reserved to residents. Our hotel is built on the side of the hill going up to the city center and we do not have much spaces available. Even though, our breakfast hall on the 4th floor is always availbale and our staff can make coffe at that floor.
