About our Spa area, our therapists are studied and specialized, please have a look about comments from other clients about the quality of this service. Hola D, we are sorry that you have experienced our hotel in such a way. We at Mansión De Chocolate try our best in making our customers stay a relaxing, good and comfortable stay. When the AC does not work and we are notified we do send a maintenance guy right away and if the problem can’t be fixed, we change you to a different room. We thought that bringing the towels up to your room would be a service and not seen as a bad point. The container that is attached to the wall has nothing to do with public places, the reason why we do it like that is because we want to minimalize trash it is a green thought, environment responsibility, it does not have limited amount of pumps so you can pump more than ones which will result in more soap. Our all you can eat breakfast offers a variety of typical Nica breakfast and American breakfast what is cooked right in front of you and what is fresh, we offer different salads, sandwiches and snacks at the pool but for dinner we recommend other places to go out to. Our pool bar closes around 6pm 6:30pm but if you want to go swimming after that time it will not be a problem to us! We are located less than 2 minutes from the central park and main street of Granada to us we would say that it is pretty close and if you walk up to one of our terraces there definitely is a beautiful view of the Mombacho and cathedral/ other view points of the city. Anyways we do appreciate your comment.

It is important that the room you have booked you will receive, the rooms are right at the terraces we have on the first floor it is possible to sit on the terrace and enjoy the view. The breakfast is right next to our reception and is hard to miss we do forget sometimes that it can be a bit vague to our customers because to us it seems very logic, if you go down with your key all of the employees know that you are a customer here so you can just ask for whatever you want. Our cleaning team cleans the whole day everyday unless our customers don’t want their room to be cleaned we clean the rooms. We are sorry for the miscommunication, we at Mansión De Chocolate try to make it a comfortable stay at our hotel. It is a bit meaningless to offer the spa at the moment of leaving we are sorry for this we should have offered it earlier. Mansión De Chocolate.

Glad to read the staff was friendly, we at Mansión De Chocolate like unique art and so is our sink it is a unique piece, if you look throughout the hotel you can find more different art made by locals. Our furniture is also special made for the hotel so that we are different. The first day you get bottled water from the house, when our customers want more drinks water/soda/etc. it is possible to buy it in the Choco Museo or in the bar at the pool. Furthermore if you want to buy it outside the hotel there is a quick stop market 20 meters away from Mansión De Chocolate. Enjoy your day and perhaps see you the next time! Mansión De Chocolate

There are different rooms you can choose from and of course the deluxe rooms are bigger and located on the first floor with large shared balcony what means they have got a better view with more light. The tours we offer are secure and exclusive for our customers, we also offer the cacao tours and chocolate workshops which we are the only ones that offer. Our breakfast offers typical Nica and American breakfast options and we cook it in front of you with fresh products, it is a pity that you did not enjoy it that much.
