Staff was hospitable. The room was pretty small. And they offer Continental breakfast w the room however they didnt have much. Their drink machine that serves orange juice and apple juice and so on was broken, just coffee and milk, they didnt have much of continental breakfast. They need to be more stocked or have other options to drink if ur going to offer that breakfast with the stay.

Amazing pool area. Unfortunately, the rooms are not maintained as well as the outside. AC was cold. There was debris on the floor as if it wasn't thoroughly swept or vacuumed. The linens had an orange stain. There was "small" hairs on the soap dish in the shower. Saw 1 large German roach in the bathroom as we were packing up to check out. Breakfast included waffles, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal and cereal

Our room was very dirty!! The floor definitely has not been moped in a long time or possibly ever! Nothing could touch the ground without turning black! Definitely should not be over $30 a night! Some of the staff was friendly and some of were rude!

Very good place had a great time only thing I can say was bad was that I did have some exposed wires in my room. Other than that it was amazing

I would have liked to be closer to the main beach, but the hotel was very clean and comfy. Staff was very kind. Enjoyed the pool table and ping pong with kids before going to bed. I haven't found a better hotel in the area.

Beds were comfortable and linens clean. Sraff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed by Spring Break influx. Breakfast was decent but limited. Outdoor trashcans were always overflowing. Could not enjoy the pool as other guests were barbequing in the area when we tried, completely filling the area with smoke - milght be best to separate grilling from the pool area. Also a number of guest were very noisy both inside and outside on the non office side of the property long after midnight. Not enough parking for all the guests - cars parked in the fire lanes and by the office.

The staff checking in and out was friendly. Let us check in early without any charge. The room was big. The breakfast was the norm.

Breakfast was sparse, room was small, not of of the outlets worked, door did not seal closed and tu for showers was slippery. Vamity was missing fro t cabinet door and no hot water in the vanity. Shower curtain rod was broken

Thin walls and not the cleanest... but the staff was super nice, they have free breakfast, and it's right near the beach and shops! Can't beat the price though so we can't complain too much!

Nice place to stay, location seemed good. They also had a laundry room which saved us a lot of time. Bed was very comfortable. My only issue which probably is irrelevant most times of the year is that it was 44 deg in our room when we checked in. I had to turn on the heat and leave for a few hours till the room warmed up. This would have been a much bigger issue if I would have checked in later. I wish they would have turned on the heat for us since we had booked in advance.

Overall it was a decent stay. Pros - comfortable beds, lots of pillows, shampoos, spacious. Cons - not the cleanest floors, lots of stains on things (just old and wear and tear), also the fridge had blood and bird feathers in it so we did not use it.

Did not appreciate the dogs next door wining in the early morning hours. And I did not appreciate an employee’s daughter roller skating around the breakfast room while I was trying to eat and start my morning.
