Not very happy😏 If you want to sleep overnight, just aviod this hotel.. you can hear everything, even when your neighbours using toilets.. too much noise, I couldn’t sleep at all. Good things: Easy access to attractions, you can park for free in the front of hotel. That’s all.

Location just outside a tram stop perfect to do some exploring. Just get a tram pass for day ideal Lovely rooms Plenty of essentials provided Breakfast wasnt to our taste

Place and room was clean however room was a bit run down with curtains half hanging down. My welcoming upon arrival was very cold and was questioned about the bed arrangement in the room I booked. This made me feel very uncomfortable and haven’t been questioned about this in 5 star hotels that I have stayed. Would I recommend to stay there think twice. Located well outside reasonable walking distance to tower. Parking is questionable.

If you would like rooms full of mould and to be sleeping in a hotel of down and outs then great, wouldn't bother otherwise, didnt even stay in the property drove home

The room booked was not the one on the website. Could not get in as was locked and staff would not answer phone. Eventually gained entry. Staff where praying. Strange set up once inside. Walked through what looked like an old working mans club with clothes on the radiators to get to our room

The property as described had a seaview. Check in was very easy and great customer service from the staff checking us in. The rooms were of good size and clean. Unfortunately the radiators werent working in the room that i was in and the window was not in good working order, hence why it was cold. The internet connection was poor in my room and was unable to watch the tv channnels, the remote was also not in good working order. The hotel is ideal for a short break , the beds I must say were comfortable and the kids enjoyed themselves.

I'd stay here again.
Right opposite a tram station, free parking available (limited spaces). We lucked out and got a seaview which was lovely. Yes, you can hear the wind at times but thats because youre so close to the beach! Hotel itself was clean, comfy. The rooms come with 2 pillows so we requested more and they were brought up to the room. Shower was lovely and hot every time I used it. Reception staff were friendly and polite throughout the whole visit. No complaints at all. I'd stay here again.

Great stay.
My stay was really good, efficient check in, room was very spacious, big tvs and wifi and a seaview room, shower was very hot although it took about 10mins to heat up, but then was hot and powerful. Beds were comfy and plenty of plug sockets.

The area that it is in was nice and quiet with the tram station straight over the road to take you into all areas. The staff were absolutely fantastic would definitely stay there again. Also straight over the road was an entrance to the beach which was perfect for the kids

The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in
This is by far the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at I was supposed to stay there for a week but left after 1 night even the tv was covered in gunk. I couldn't bring myself to walk on the carpet in my bare feet as it was so disscusting.

Shaz, other Staff and resort were great. Very helpful and respectful. Only one suggestion maybe more accessible mirror as only in toilet area. Otherwise would definetky return and recommend.

Where do I begin.. I will say you get what you pay for. As a family of 4, £63 for one night was a bargain and we arrived with little to no expectations. On arrival we were told that we had to pay an extra £10 to check in early. Ok, no issues but to then be told the only reason they only accept cash for that is due to it being off the books and the money went straight into the receptionists pocket. None of my business but eyebrows were raised from then on. The lift could do with a can or two of WD40 as the noises it made were enough to think final destination of some sort. The bedrooms.. we booked a superior twin room containing 2 double beds. Granted, it was 2 conjoining rooms with a bathroom in each so we had more than enough space. The carpets are quite light in colour so as soon as we opened the main door we were greeted with huge black stains in multiple places across the carpet in both rooms. Multiple plug sockets looked like they had been on fire previously due to the big black staines around them. The bathrooms were covered in mould on the ceiling and around the shower cubicles. The water took around 10-15 minutes to fully heat up. The property is advertising rooms as soundproofing, I can assure you they are definitely not. You hear every movement from all over the hotel. The fire alarm was set off at 3am and sounded for around 10 minutes with no members of staff in sight to reassure anyone. Please be vigilant if you stay here, especially with young kids.

We had bed mites all over our headboard and in our bed, when told staff to come take a look they didn’t, moved rooms and the view was terrible pigeons and poo all over the windows. The mirror in the bathroom was full of mould and the shower was tiny, looked nothing like the bathrooms on the pictures.

Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was awful. Cold beans, cold tinned tomato, 1 rasher of very over cooked bacon, 1 very cheap sausage & some toast. Didn't bother on the 2nd morning. Came back to hotel after a day out, no housekeeping had been done at all. Dirty towel still in the shower (As they asked), no coffee / tea refil, bin not emptied etc. It's a shame, as the double room with a sea view I stayed in was actually quite pleasant. I won't be going back.

The hotel was ok… When we arrived the front doors were locked and we only gained entry when some other residents were exiting to smoke outside. There was no one at the reception counter and a phone number was left for customers to call if no one was at the counter. The reception in the hotel was terrible so had to join Wi-Fi by getting the password of a notice left on the wall to call the owner who then came down to check us in. We had not booked breakfast so discussed what was included and it was agreed that bacon and sausages would not be give as part of the breakfast as we do not eat pork products but no alternative ie vegetarian sausages or a,Tera times were provided so we opted for more than 2 eggs in the cooked breakfast but owner was surprised and said that was too much but nevertheless was provided as agreed- it felt like we were asking for too much. Rooms were very hot luckily we took our fan which kept us cool and we were only given one pillow each with no extras- would have been nice to have at least the option of an extra pillow (the pillow provided was very soft). A jug of cold icy water or the availability of this from the reception area would have helped with probably option of a cooler sheet as there was no a/c. Overall ok for the price but could have been a little bit more hospitable.

Better than the reviews I've read
You get what you pay for here, it's 3 star. Big rooms, good beds, musty smell to one of our bathrooms but nothing horrendous. Friendly, helpful receptionist. Had seen complaints about the breakfast but you got cereal, juices, toast and a full English for a fiver, impossible to not be happy! Free parking all around but if you're unlucky you'll have a little walk.

I will avoid in future bookings
Not a place that i would stay again. Room hadnt been hovered really dirty througout wardrobe had fallen apart and been left in bits. Staff dont start till 8.30 so inclusive breakfast is pointless

Double room, sea view. Perfect if you like it quieter and want to be close to south shore (pleasure beach). Check in easy. Staff always friendly.

Lovely stay
It was a lovely 2 day stay, close to shops, the beach and it was quiet.A bit of paint touch up needed in the bathroom. If breakfast was available on site it was going to be a bonus. We had to go out for our breakfast which was not far off.
