The staff member who checked us in was excellent! I hate that I didn't get his name. I have stayed here previously and will again. The beds are great and the location is good.

I want to start my post by saying it was a wonderful stay with the best customer service of ANY hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I was still talking about it when I got home. However, it must be said the area has homeless folks located at the back of the property and when we left there was a man approaching guests for money. Be aware of your surroundings at all times.

The staff was nice, free parking, nice breakfast but the building was out dated so it wasn’t soundproof. I could hear people waking, the sound of bed above my unit at night constantly, Plus it is located literally right next roads, noisy outside.

The people who work here that you will interact with are the greatest people, from greetings at front desk to all the behind the scenes people, they bring out the best in others. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Great place to stay
I have stayed at this Fairfield Inn several times and always had a very pleasant stay. I appreciate that the rooms are pretty well sound-proofed. Great location: One mile to Fort Worth museum district and one block to hop on Hwy 30 to get to Dallas easily. The river is behind the hotel. Restaurants nearby.

Booked a King Suite through Expedia and was given a double queen. Manager said that's how it came across from Expedia and I need to deal with them directly. Phoned Expedia and they said it was sent over as a King. They contacted hotel and was told I never raised an issue with them and was not refunded me anything. Although, the King suite was more expensive neither hotel nor Expedia would refund me the difference. Expedia did end up giving me a coupon for my next stay after I had to through a fit. Hotel is clean but very outdated and has a lot of weak spots in the floors. Was on second floor and could hear ever time someone walked above us. It is very close to Dickies but if your looking for somewhere nice I would go elsewhere. It is very comparable to a Motel 6 but way more expensive.

I called before booking to make sure since it was December that the pool would be open… the whole reason for choosing was for GRANDBABY to be able to swim to pass some time! Nope it was ice cold so they might as well of not had one… right off highway very noisy. All night the train whistled…hard to get to location as well went in circles not marked well or easy access. Won’t stay here again and I wasted money

Good hotel, clean, adequate breakfast. A little short of hot water at times but not a problem. Close to Will Roger's Coliseum.

Good stay bad breakfast
Everything was good. The room was nice and clean. The hosts were good, but the breakfast hard to say continental in front of it terrible breakfast. The sauces was not even breakfast. Sausage would not recommend the breakfast everything else good Thank God they haven't all salt pancake house out front.

If I had realized which property this was when I made my reservation, I would have gone elsewhere; it's just an older property that has been refurbed many times over the years. Nevertheless, I like the Fairfield line, so I went with that over paying attention to which location it was. All was fine though- really. I just don't love the corner of University & I-30. BUT- is is a locale with quick access to the best of Ft. Worth & loads of food options. My room was good enough, though the A/C was a little "aged." Shower could use some "demolding" & drain clearing. Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, & I REALLY appreciate being able to sign on & stream my own accounts on the TV. Didn't love that more than half the parking lot lights are out AND they charge $3/ day for parking in a self-park lot...with hardly any light & warning signs to keep things out of sight in your car. Is there security to pay for with my piddling $3?

Mediocre at best..
Rooms are very dated.. air unit is the old type & kept room very humid, dark outside in parking lot. Breakfast was not bad. For the cost $ would not stay there again! Wasn’t worth over 300.00 a night.. Lady at check in wasn’t friendly or welcoming at all. Charge you 3 bucks to park your car .. like WHAT??

The breakfast on Sunday was delicious and elaborate! Great variety of good options! The room was comfortable and thoroughly clean. We had an excellent night’s rest. The hotel offers nice amenities.
