not bad.. reasonable price.
not bad.. but i think a bedcover is not clean.. It smelt damp. Also, they didn't have a hairdryer. And the heater is very noisy.

It's a great and affordable option to stay in Portland. Super convenience if you go to an event at Moda Center.

This is a cheap motel, and that really shows in the room. However, it’s a block away from the Moda Center which is awesome. So there’s that.

We paid for our room through Expedia and upon check in,front desk told us there was a $50 deposit. They charged us $120 and refuse to give us a refund. They checked us in under the wrong name and ran my card for a strangers room. I've been through in person, called the headquarters and still no help. They are liars and thieves and play dumb so they don't have to help you

I'm writing this as 3:45 am because there is someone yelling in the parking lot and some sort of alarm(?) is going off. I would get my things and leave the property and sleep in my car, but the person sounds like they are right outside my room. You get what you pay for!

I could not get into the parking lot. It was to icy. I tryed to call there customer service number and could not get any help.

Place was perfect for the night, we booked to go to a concert at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Only downfall was a $10 parking fee that I was unaware of, some new installed fee. Besides that for the quick night stay, it was ok.

Great deal!!!
Amazing location for any event at the moda centre. Super close. Walking distance is 8 minutes. Parking is only $10 extra. But event parking for moda is $40 and the parade is only across the street!! Super bargain. It’s not fancy, but it’s a great deal considering what going to a game or event costs and you just need a place to sleep. Right off the highway too but you don’t hear the traffic. Walls a bit thin and you might hear a noisy neighbour if they come back from the after party but that’s nothing to worry about.

The bed was mighty comfortable, but the heater barely worked. In Portland winter weather, a heater is necessary. The bathroom light only sometimes worked. Other than that, the hotel room was marginally satisfactory.

The mattress itself is comfortable but when I pulled back the sheets to check it it was completely stained and they were mats to cover up the stains

Nice people but stay away.
The office staff only worked through the night window, regardless the time of day. Motel looked run down. Cracks inside on the walls. My 1st room, the AC didn't work. I left, they said they fixed it. They did not. They did switch my room after I asked them to. The AC worked great but the shower did not work as well as the other room.

Bathtub was plugged up, extra fees and deposit required on arrival. Checking in was not pleasant, staying the night was okay. Couldn't really shower, though.

The owners are very kind and accomedating. My room was a Standard King- Smoking room, yet it smelled fresh and was very clean. I eould definetly recommend this stay.
