STAY AWAY!! Where should I start? Changed room due to smell, lack of hot water. Even in the new room there was a lack of hot water but then I couldn't take it anymore so I endured for three nights :-( The hotel is old and run down. The staff on the other hand do a fantastic job, they are very service minded so much of the misery made up for with a smile and good service, the only problem is that this hotel has expired :-( cannot be recommended :-( so stay away

The biggest hotel cheater I have ever experienced. I booked a room for 3 looking on a pic which showed 3 nice bed. Paid for 3 which one more expensive than 2 When I checked in they gave me 2 bed room and dumped a mattress mid of the room. When I asked them why so they replied that is how we gave room for 3. And I said I booked 3 bedroom as pic showed they the pic is for business purposes only The answer shocked me also all the staff got together so I got little scared and didn’t say a single word and managed my staying somehow in 2 bed.

The smell in the room is very bad and staff couldn’t support additionally in the website they confirmed availability of parking but there is none

Poorly maintained despite strategic location and spacious rooms. Could have been a much better a much better experience with a little bit of cleanliness and professionalism. Not coming back for sure.

Good hotel with good prices.
You will feel like you are in your home in this hotel, my only note about this hotel that there is some furniture need to be replaced with a new one, but overall this hotel is a good choice with a real good price.

Good stay
The property is old and good. The room was very cool. Overall experience is good and it was a kne night stand. The inoorvement they need is in the area of breakfast as there is no much variety to choose.

Hotel is ok. Cleaning services could do better job. The breakfast is good. The beach is in driving distance, calm water, nice for swimming. Few shops nearby. Difficult to cross the road. Ok for few days stay. Dubai is not far.

The hotel was nice and staff was friendly except for the wait staff during breakfast. The waitress seem annoyed when we asked for silverware and refills of coffee. The bed in our room was not comfortable, way to hard.

This isn't Dubai!
This isn't Dubai, this is the neighbour emirate Sharjah. I wasn't aware of this, when I booked the hotel. They are some more conservative, no alcohol, and made the transportation more difficult for me. The location of the hotel is between two roads with a lot of traffic, and no facilities for pedestrians. The only safe way to get to and from the hotel is by taxi.

Far from main Dubai city area.
The room was excellent. The pool and massage facilities were not available. Access to public bus and the metro is far from hotel. Is costs about 10d to get to metro station. Nearest is "stadium " resturant in the area are fast food types. Hotel far from main Dubai so you will spend a lot on taxis and public transport.

Overall acceptable but not worth the 5th star
The hotel is fine and acceptable but the overall feeling about the hotel is average. It is absolutely not a 5 star hotel in quality.One day they didn't clean the room and knocked on my door at 10 PM. I asked the person why they are not cleaning the room during the day and I got the reply that he was alone and therefore couldn't handle all of the rooms... Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special...

das Hotel liegt direkt!! an einer der Hauptstr., ergo Tag und Nacht viel Autoverkehr. Unser Zimmer, (Suite) lag über der Speiseraum: ab 04:30 begleitet einen fleissiges Stühlerücken durch die Nacht. Als Urlaubshotel sicher nicht zu empfehlen.

A 3 Star Hotel
Not a real 5 star hotel . Rooms are clean and comfortable . This hotel is about 10km from Dubai airport . Has free underground parking with 24 h security . Restaurant where breakfast is served is very small and not clean at all ! You have to wait to get a seat but you need to share your table! The quality of food in this restaurant is very poor ! Wifi is free but in the room you must use cable which is free.

Great value for money, friendly staff
Excellent experience all round. From the time I checked in to the time I left the staff were wonderful and did whatever they could to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast was substantial and free internet was a huge bonus. Ample free parking is available on site. Conveniently located near the Sahara Centre shopping mall, the beach and close to the main motorway to Dubai.. Highly recommended!!!

You Have to Pay 20% more on arrival
I booked this hotel from this website and after I arrived they asked me to pay 20% as tax. However, the booking confirmation said the tax is included.

Отель только для деловых поездок. До пляжей - только такси, ближайший Аль Мамзар, перейти дорогу перед отелем невозможно - трафик сумашедший, переходов нет. В отеле вам не очень рады. Массаж и проч. - только для мужчин.

Isolated location in Sharjah
Inconvenient location; only suitable if you need to be in Sharjah. Taxi is outrageously expensive to Dubai and the airport, paying Dhiram 30 each time for entering Sharjah. Transport costs make this hotel not attractive, unless you get a rental car. The room was nice, modern and clean - albeit with zero view. I was starrring at the concrete wall of a building being finalized next door even though the hotel seemed half empty and must have had plenty of rooms with a view. Breakfast was good, but the food I ordered from room service was disappointing. Too much quantity and too little quality. This hotel is good for staying in Sharjah only or if you want to be isolated.

Fint hotel til prisen, service i top af personalet
Godt hotel - venligt staff hele vejen igennem :) Hyggelige værelser - vi blev sidste nat opgraderet til en suite uden beregning :) Rent hotel, behageligt, søde butlere, roligt sted. Ikke langt fra Dubai - der er dog en del trafik mod Dubai i dagligdagen så det tager lidt tid at komme ind til Dubai centrum. Polen er for lille - så den skal man nok ikke satse for meget på - og jacuzzien var i stykker. Kan varmt anbefales, ku sagtens bo der en anden gang
