Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are in the process of having larger tv's put in all the rooms. At this time we had numerous fire fighters staying in our Motel, their coming in would cause the hallways to have a faint aroma of wildfire smoke. We appreciate these firefighters for all the hard work they do to fight the fires in our area, the faint smell of smoke is a small concern in the bigger picture. We do have ample parking for a small motel. As for the start of the continental breakfast, we are working to better the existing system. Thank you again for taking the time to submit a review.

We thank you for taking the time to write this review. Our Motel has limited staff and only a few are available to run the front desk. We may have been busy dealing with another issue in the moment but apologize for that inconvenience to you.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Please note that our facility is a Motel and not a Hotel. A Continental Breakfast is made up of cold items, we are not a Hotel with an attached restaurant or kitchen facility. Unfortunately, we also do not have a facility that would allow a breakfast area to be locked in so we must lock all food stuffs via small locks on the refrigerators. This has various reasons, the main one is health and safety regulations, the other is due to people just helping themselves to the items throughout the day and evening. We are looking into improving the breakfast situation and again thank you for your thoughts on the matter.

Yes unfortnatley for the town of Hope due to forest fires ,everywhere in Hope smelt like Smoke ..The building is non-smoking ..Not a mention to front desk about any issuses with your room ..Have no registration under your name .

After review your ac was working fine ..A call to front desk would have resolved issue

Nobody would respond with a shrug ..upon review there were no bedding missed in your room ..

Office Hours as well as Limited Continental Breakfast Hours are clearly stated upon check in. We realize that guests do check out earlier then this but we do let all guest know upon check in that the Limited Continental Breakfast is not put out until 9:30 AM. Thank You

Pool is clean and inspected regularly by Fraser Health ..Coffee pods in rooms are not set up for 4 people ..there is coffee 24-7...and could of asked at front desk for coffee pods ..

The visitor of your party was simply given directions on how to work the AC as well as asked if he was also staying in the room. It is standard practice that we need to know exactly how many people are in our building at all times for safety reasons. This also means that any guest having visitors must register their visitors at the front office during office hours. This particular visitor was not registered which is why he was questioned on this issue. This was also a third party online booking, we here at the property do not control the price of online bookings. If an issue with cleanliness was brought to our attention at the time of check in or shortly after we would have been able to correct that issue. It is not helpful for you or for us to make us aware of issues after the fact, after you have stayed in the room with plenty of opportunity to let us know. This visitor was asked to leave the office as yelling and his argumentative behavior will not be tolerated at this property. He was also not a registered guest.

You on expedia booked a room ndd1 ..which is 2 double beds ..Tv and cable was plugged as well as lamps ..toilets are standard height ..Not raised toilet as your trying to apply.

We have had an exceptionally rough weather this past winter, including record breaking snowfall as well as flooding. This extreme weather had caused extensive damage to our property and we are currently in the process of fixing all of the concerns you have mentioned.

Guest did not stay, nor made no attempt to contact us. This was a third party booking and was attempted to cancel at midnight through the third party site used. Our office ours and check in hours are clearly stated as well as emailed to guests prior to arrival multiple times. Our office ours are 9:30AM - 9:00PM. Our Check in times are 2:00PM - 9:00PM, we do not accept early check ins nor do we accept late arrivals.
