Dado que se hizo el check out sin informar que otro de los huéspedes regresaría. Tal y como se le informó, se procedió con nuestro protocolo de Lost& Found. Y muestra de ello es que todo lo que se almacenó se entregó. Para nosotros es desagradable que indique que robamos ya que no es cierto. Esperamos que le vaya bien en el Conica.
