This was our second time staying at Island City House hotel. We absolutely love it here! The staff are amazing from the front desk to the housekeepers. The beautiful tropical setting is so serene and relaxing. The pool is awesome after a long day of bopping around Key West or a long night of barhopping. it’s so convenient to have the kitchenette and comfortable to have a living room and porch. We recommend this property very highly to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Key West!

This place was very convenient. We had one minor incident that was handled immediately. They cleaned and restocked our room daily. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Cigar house and were pleasantly surprised how clean and quiet our room and the whole property was. It was nice to take a dip in the pool after a long day of sightseeing. It was very convenient to be able to rent bikes from the hotel which made it much easier and faster to get around Key West. The Staff was friendly and helpful, when I mentioned our door lock was sticking to our room, they had it fixed by the time we returned that evening, they called and left a message to let me know I needed to pick up the new keys at the office. When we go back to Key West we will definitely try to book with them again. We highly recommended Island House Hotel Cigar house!

Excellent place to stay. Close enough to walk just about everywhere but back enough to avoid the crowds and noise. Roomy suite with nice balcony for morning coffee.

Amazing location between Duval street and Mallory square being in a quiet neighborhood but close to most places. Beautiful grounds and room was even better than shown on pictures. Wonderful customer service and very attentive. Would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Key West and would suggest it to anyone❤️

Great location. Unique property, plenty of shade, pool, nice vegetation. Bike rentals were awesome, able to tour the entire island.

We had an apartment in the oldest part of the building. Directly facing Eaton Street. Very noisy at times. The furniture is getting on in years. It smells old in the rooms. The bathroom is very small. The garden and pool are very nice. The whole complex has flair. The staff are all very friendly.

We had a great stay at the Island City House Hotel! Check in was a breeze and the coupons to the bakery down the street were great especially as my boyfriend was obsessed with their breakfast sandwiches. It was a spacious room with a large balcony and porch swing. Great location as well, super close to everything we did!

Location close to bars & restaurants, yet quiet for sleeping. Property is a beautiful lush greenery walkthrough! Full of original character inside & out and very clean. A great place to stay and will choose this place after renting several others in the past! Only challenge was finding street parking close by, but there is a 15 minute parking spot to unload & load next to the building.

The property is beautiful and all the staff were very friendly. Our room was spacious and the gardens are lovely. Unfortunately, it is not very sound proof and other guests were not respecting the "quiet hours". Even if they were, doors slamming and walking on the stairs right behind our bed at night were still quite loud.

I shouldn’t say too much because or this place will be sold out when I want to return. This place is one of the few remaining great places in the heart of Key West that is still a fair price for what you get. Three different buildings with different pricing make it affordable for most. Limited parking like everywhere in that area but doable. Housekeeping was excellent!

A wonderful quiet small hotel in old town. Its a great place to stay with a family and is super quiet. We stayed for a entire week and would definitely use them again. It is super close to everything and you truly dont need to rent a vehicle

Great tropical style hotel close to Duval
Quaint tropical vibe hotel with beautiful views of landscape or pool area. Bert the cat wanders the property eager to meet visitors whether you are leaving for the day or coming back. Our King suite was perfect for stay. Full kitchen, dining table and living room made it feel like home. The hammock on our balcony at the Cigar House bldg was a relaxing perk. Great trip all around.

Very pretty & peaceful. Very nice shaded garden areas to sit and relax in. Convenient location to Duval street without being too close to the noise.

Charming hotel in great location
Lovely stay in charming hotel. Great location. We could easily walk everywhere. Quiet enough to get a good sleep though. We felt safe walking round the area once it was dark. Plenty of room and good storage in the accommodation. Great little pool area.
