We heard a lady yelling at 3 am and it wasn’t the cleanest it smelled like pee in the bathroom bad and weed as u walked into our room when we arrived but on the lobby door said no weed aloud on promises

I am so sorry that you had to experience this. We do not allow marijuana and we have had to ask multiple people to leave here recently. The noise--please always let the desk know and we will do our best to take care of it. We do appreciate you staying with us!

Clean bathroom and bedding
The room was clean but the beds were old and worn. It was a Friday so some of the rooms were being a bit loud but it died down before midnight. Overall a fair place to stay

Great stay off highway.
Hotel was right off the highway. Front desk was great. The have plug in scent warmer in room and it made em nauseous all night where I couldn't sleep. I unplugged it but smell linger. It wasn't a bad smell I just can't do the scents. The beds were comfy. Breakfast wasn't truly ready on time. But for a night it was a great stay!!

Got to the hotel, checked in and in my room in less the 10 minutes. They serve a hot breakfast in the morning, sausage, scambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cold cereal, fresh fruit, and different types of yogurt

I'm sorry that you weren't happy with your stay....we don't have an elevator and the place on the stairwell with the torn carpet is where a guest ripped off the corner trim with their suitcase. We do appreciate you staying with us.

Smokin’!
Unfortunately, the room we stayed smelled strongly of nicotine smoke. I have pets, so was assigned a pet friendly room. I went to the room and it was so smoke saturated! I went back to the desk and told the woman, who was very nice and tried her best to be helpful. Gave me another room. She explained that the pet friendly rooms are directly below the smoking rooms. We slept in the room but wouldn’t even open our luggage so that our clothes wouldn’t smell like that. Had it not been so late, we would have driven on. If you, like me, have allergies, asthma and dogs, I don’t recommend this place.

On a Sunday morning there should be a lot of coffee. You should not have to be waiting for a 12 cup Mr Coffee to make more. Front desk staff was sort of grumpy.

We do offer a lot of coffee....we in fact made 10 pots of coffee between 7 and 10 on Sunday and I am not sure how many was made before that. We fill up the air pot and have a back up brewing most of the time. We cannot control how many guests fill up their insulated cups and thermos and then that empties the coffee for the guests just wanting to fill their single cup. If I seemed grumpy that sure was not my intention...I apologize for that. We do appreciate you staying with us!

Staff was great, pool heater wasn’t working but she let the kids swim anyway. They froze but had fun. Nice pool and area but just needs the heater fixed.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Easy access on and off the interstate. Room was very clean. However, breakfast area should have veen maintained better in the morning during breakfast hours.

Said it was pet friendly, but has limited rooms. Call ahead. Room, toilet not clean. Back entry door not secure.

We are pet friendly but we have specific rooms for pets....we do this in case others have pet allergies and cannot stay in a room that a pet has been in. The back door is locked and can be opened with your key card....at times people prop it open and we do our best to keep an eye on it. We do appreciate you staying with us!

It would have been top quality except for the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. For some reason ours was missing.
