Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, jedoch gut gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich. Hotel liegt 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht (was bei 28 Grad Außentemperatur unerfreulich ist). Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Anlage im Oktober nur noch stundenweise zur Mittagszeit läuft, was aber Abends nichts gebracht hat. Zimmer sind sehr laut und hellhörig. Samstagabend sollte man nicht vor 1 Uhr nachts schlafen wollen, da durch laute Partymusik das schlafen unmöglich ist. Frühstück ist die 4 Sterne absolut nicht wert; es gibt auch nur Fertigkaffee, was ich in Italien anders erwarten würde. Ich würde hier nicht mehr übernachten wollen.

Fine but not 4 star experience
Overall the hotel is fine, but we had a dissapointing experience upon our arrival. The room that was appoitend to us smelled really badly like cigarettes (in a way that it was like entering an ash tray). When we complained to the staff about this, their reply was: 'just open the windows and spray some deodorant'. Only after I then threatened to cancel and to find a different hotel, they found a solution and gave us another room. To me this is not 4 star client friendly service. Overall I wiuld rate this hotel maybe three stars, but not 4.

Upon checking in, the clerk took everyone’s ID and would not return them till hours later. There were nine of us and she tried to tell us which of the three rooms everyone was to stay in. We had already planned out who was where and she tried to dictate where we were to sleep. The air conditioner in our room was very loud and the beds were not comfortable. This is advertised as a four star hotel but it seemed more like a two star. The pool closed at 6pm so we didn’t get to use it at all.

Relaxing Vacation
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is really clean. We watch them consistently clean while staying here. We paid for the full meal so that we didn't have to leave the hotel. The 4 course meal is amazing for both lunch and dinner. Breakfast was included and we were served due to covid which we didn't mind. The hotel have pool on site and their own private beach just across the street. They are a little ways from the town which was perfect for us who just want to sit relax and enjoy the beach.

We spent a wonderful week in Atlantis palace hotel. Kindly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good and enough breakfast. Pizza is perfect! The pool was with perfect clear water every day. Highly recommended!

Bien dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est agréable. Les petits-déjeuner et les dîners sont correctes . La chambre est spacieuse mais à relooker. Le gros inconvénient pour notre part a été la climatisation qui faisait bruit épouvantable et ne fonctionnait pas bien .

Lovely Hotel with views of Mount Etna
Lovely hotel with a fantastic swimming pool. Reception staff were wonderful and food in the restaurant was a reasonable price. The pebble beach is nice with sun beds and parasols free for guests but I didn’t bathe in the sea because it was a steep entry - difficult with the pebbles but it was nice to relax by the sea then swim in the pool. Bus stop only 200 metres away with just one bus to Taormina which leaves at 10am returning from Taormina at 4pm but it is a request stop so need to ask the reception staff to ring and book it. The bus fare is about 5 euros return so very good price. Train station is about 2 miles away. We walked from Giarre Riposto station downhill to Riposto then level walking along the coast road to the hotel but got a taxi back when we left. That was 10 euros so not bad. Train fare from Giarre Riposto to Catania is 3.10 euros and the bus fare from Catania station to the airport is 4 euros. All very easy. The hotel could arrange a taxi all the way to the airport for 70 euros.

Классный отель для своей категории
Отель очень понравился, персонал был очень любезен. Пляж через дорогу но очень близко. Цены в ресторане и барах приемлемые. Местные жители также приходят в ресторан отеля по вечерам. Сначала хотели взять отель в Джардини Наксос, но нашли этот отель подешевле и не пожалели.

Pool beautiful and clean and bar area very luxurious and pretty. Pizza is delicious and breakfast is nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit secluded but private beach is nice and if you have a car it’s fine as not far from Giardini-Naxos and Taormina. Painting the balconies and front of building would be fantastic as it’s not as nice as the rest of the building but for the price we paid I cannot complain. Thank you for a lovely stay

Abbiamo dormito divinamente
Prima volta a Mascali, devo dire che la località ha poco da offrire ma ho utilizzato l’hotel come punto di appoggio per girare 2/3 giorni la provincia, in particolare Acitrezza, Etna e Taormina. Hotel sul lungomare con parcheggio e spiaggia (ciottoli) inclusi. Struttura non particolarmente bella dal punto di vista estetico ma nel complesso discreta e resa gradevole dal personale, dalla location esterna colazione e cena e dai servizi offerti, a disposizione dei clienti anche 2 piscine (1 grande e 1 per bimbi). Usufruito della mezza pensione con voto complessivo 7. Vengono organizzate escursioni e navette per vari spostamenti. Si trovano sul web prezzi interessanti.

not a great experience
The staff were nice and friendly, the location was convenient, however there were a few of issues which made a difference: 1- most importantly, the air conditioning was terrible, I could barely sleep during my stay in the hotel, upon complaining to the staff there was no improvement. Aircon is the most important feature of a hotel in my opinion as it can ruin your holiday, in this case, it did 2- access to the beach is free, however, external customers have preference to take the first three lines of beach beds, if you ask for one of the front line beds they’ll refuse even if there are plenty of free beds because “they are reserved for paying customers” as if we were not paying customers? It’s part of the hotel, not charity, this in my opinion is 3- the pool closes at six, if like us, you like to explore during the day and expect to come back to have a refreshing end of the day in the pool then this is not the right hotel for you. I did not get to enjoy the pool because of this. It’s the middle of summer and they close the pool when the sun is high, not great. 4- kayaks and pedalo boats in the private beach are very expensive, over 10 pounds an hour which is more than we experienced anywhere in the east coast of sicily and there is no benefit to hotel guests 5- gym was closed I would not stay there again.

Bella struttura fronte mare con ampio parcheggio riservato ai clienti.Camere ampie e pulite. Personale gentile disponibile. Bellissimo giardino posteriore con tavoli ristoro situati accanto alle due piscine. Possibilità di usufruire di pranzo e cena anche per chi come noi aveva prenotato il soggiorno solo con la prima colazione inclusa. Molto buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Семейный отпуск, 9 ночей. Отель понравился, подходит для взрослых идеально, для деток конечно скучновато. Уборка отличная. Номер стандартный, чистый, вид на море хороший. Пляж рядом через дорогу, хороший, чистый частный пляж. Завтрак слабенький, горячего почти нет, только яйца, бекон или омлет и яйца, чередуют. Вкусный кофе из автомата. Фруктов мало, груши, яблоки, слива. Ужины в ресторане, сходили парк раз, не плохо, но меню маленькое. Хорошее вино под брендом отеля. Сейф бесплатно. Мини бар платно. Вай фай в отеле везде отличный, на пляже работает с пятницы -воскресенье, в будни не работает. Пляж галька, лучше в тапочках, можно купить на пляже за 5 евро. В целом рекомендую. Рядом с отелем ничего нет, кроме вил. Если пройдёте 15 минут в правою сторону найдёте не большой посёлок с ресторанами, первый рыбный ресторан очень классный.

The hotel is very spacious throughout including the rooms all with balconys. It is also situated across the road from its own private shingle beach. On site parking and a lovely swimming pool are just a few of the onsite facilities. We enjoyed our week here very much.

Fint hotel, venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Vi havde kun en overnatning, og ankom forholdsvis sent og kørte forholdsvis tidligt. Værelset var i fin stand, men der var meget lydt!
