DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. As soon as I got to the property and went to get checked in, the desk clerk was not at the desk and I had to stand and wait. There was a lot of noise and "questionable" people walking around. The area didn't feel safe. As soon as I saw the room I didn't even stay. That's how bad it was. I ended up canceling my stay for the next night and booking another hotel. I didn't even care that I had to pay double the price.

The person at the front desk explained that there was a glitch in the system at the time which allowed rooms to be reserved online when there actually weren’t any available. I spent the next hour looking for another room & ended up paying double then I wanted because it was late & last minute. I wish I would have been contacted beforehand or met with some accommodations.

The door to the first room I was given would not open. The next room was not made up and appeared to have drug paraphernalia. The housekeeper was supposed to come and make up the room but never did - after several hours, the front desk gave me clean sheets to change a bed myself. The front desk person was professional and helpful.

My experience
Maybe I caught them on a bad weekend but the room has no toilet paper or toiletries. The room at first glance looked clean, but the shower curtain had mold on it and there was trash behind furniture. The shower rod was also loose so the curtain opened all the time causing a little flood after each showers. The room had a nice tv and the bed was comfortable. I had booked a queen bed but was given a double bed instead.

This was a literal roach hotel. I woke up to roaches on my bed, on the walls, in the bathroom and on the bath towels. Additionally, the room reeked of cigarettes. I had a cancelled flight and needed something close to the airport.

I didn’t end up actually staying here. I picked up my daughter from the airport and went to check in at midnight. The office was closed. The phone that is on the outside of the office is busted and hanging from the wall. I tried calling the Offices of the hotel-Several times—their call center must be in India and could not understand them. They kept telling me that I needed to call back and hit different numbers and to get different help. One woman was finally helpful and said that she was trying to call the manager of the hotel. No one answered her. Now it’s 1am..Still nothing. I was standing out in front of the office with another woman who was also trying to check in. She had the same experience…we both had the idea to go to another location of extended-stay. We went there. It’s going on 130 at this point..at this other location they could not transfer our reservation. I told him my experience of trying to call customer service several times during the course of the last hour and a half with absolutely no help. All they could do is apologize. They were also closed and happen to be open because somebody had lost their hotel key. Their phone on the outside of their office was working. Do not stay with extended-stay. The customer service was terrible and I’ve been charged for the night and I’m still working on getting the refund. What do we do when we are getting off of our flight at midnight and no one is in the office and this location is next to airport.

Charged for a room that was sold out here.
This hotel charged me accepted my reservation and was sold out of rooms. To make the experience worse I was refused a refund because I choose to pay ahead of time to avoid this exact problem. Staff was verycordial, aimiable, and concerned about needs. The customer service representative was very friendly and accomodating. The only suggestion, it would be nice if they had a vending machine for soda and snacks.

I will say the woman who helped me at the front desk and checked me in was nice and courteous to me. But the room had multiple dead roaches. It seemed a maid just straightened up the room, but did not actually clean it. They made the bed, hung up new towels......but was visible dust on most surfaces......plus a dead roach on the desk, dead roach in the sink, dead roach in the shower. Also, while not the hotels fault, but neighbors made noise all throughout the night, yelling, arguing, smoking all night.

Aesthetically, I was about what we expected but definitely not the same as the pictures. Went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and had to kill two roaches. Two more scurried about when I turned on the lights in the kitchenette area. Ended up packing up clothes (after a vigorous shaking) and moved them into the car. Schedule was too tight to complain and/or move.

Staff was friendly and customer oriented. However the conditions and state of the room was horrid. I took pictures to post to my blog. Cockroaches in the tub on the counter and coming out of the outlet that had no cover. vent above tub had lint dangling from it. Urine stains and dirt around base of toilet. Fist hole in back of bathroom door. Sink in bathroom would not drain due to blockage that was clearly there for some time. Black mold on door of refrigerator. When I asked for cups, plates and silverware there was none to have. Nor where there blankets. People where allowed to smoke just outside there rooms, though it was a no smoking space. Cabinets where missing doors and some where warped and trim was pealing away.

There was no one at the reception desk till another employee showed up. There was only a bottom sheet on the bed and a very flimsy blanket. It was freezing. No television awful!

Stay away it’s nasty!!
This place looked like it had NOT been cleaned in months. It had roaches everywhere. For an extended stay you’d think it would have been clean and nice. It was disgusting!
