Felt unsafe, was pretty unclean in general, lots of stains in the room. At least the bed sheet appeared clean. The office was difficult to find we wandered around for like 30 minutes until we asked someone where it was. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Extended Stay Hotel good for extended stay.
Extended Stay is convenient to downtown and other parts of Nashville. The staff was friendly and courteous. The office hours could open a little earlier for the early-birds. Overall, I would recommend it.

I would look for another hotel.
Check in was fine. The area in front of the door was dirty and sticky. The room smelled of strong chemical. The walls in the room and bathroom had stains/marks on them. The carpet was dirty with visible items embedded in the fibers. The bedcover beneath the sheet had a dirty spot that showed through the sheet. There was a dead roach in the bathtub. The drywall under the shower head had water damage.

There were roaches everywhere. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to cook anything in there. There were holes in the walls. I’m happy I brought my own blankets so I didn’t have to sleep on those sheets

This transaction was a disaster. Purchased and paid on Expedia. Showed up to property at roughly 12:30am. Lobby was closed. Had to use a phone outside. It dialed a National number I think. They asked who I was and stated the hostess would be there shortly. About 5 mins later, she showed up. First words out of her mouth were “when did you make this reservation”? The next sentence was “if the night time audit is running, I won’t be able to give you a room”. The third sentence out of her mouth was “I don’t have any rooms available”. So I booked a room, and paid for it on Expedia. $30 in wasted Ubers to and from this hotel, and no room, even though I booked and paid for. Hotel was shady anyway. Multiple people outside loitering, smoking weed and big police presence around hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed.
They hotel was overbooked. So we was given the rooms we booked online. No amenities were available like coffee pots, hair dryers, hand towels, or tissues. We were grateful for toilet paper. No ice machine & or vending were available either. Never again will se stay there.

Booked a queen room, went to check in and was told the room type was unavailable. They could put me up in another room type for an additional cost. Front desk staff was no where to be found to check out. Two other groups were waiting to check out before I arrived-office was empty & a pile of key cards left by people who wanted to check out. Pictures of room are deceptive! It’s old, never updated. Was woke at 4:30 AM by lunatic woman in parking lot yelling. Canceled my room for another night. I’ll pay more for peace of mind.

Don't stay here.
The person at the counter was rude. Told me no room service even getting clean washclothes. There were no amenities in the room like shampoo or even soap. Extremely disappointing. Make sure you have a confirmation number
There was an issue with my reservation as in they did not have one for me. They guy was a jerk and would not help me figure it out. It was 10 pm and you could not even figure out where the entrance was to begin with. The property was dirt and run down and like I said the guy was not friendly. I asked him if he could look my name up with my license and he said no. It was not good.

The room size was good, clean bedding (but bed skirts looks very dirty & worn-down). There're no amenities service for our room, no coffee maker, the kitchenette in room is old rusty and no cookware for it, absolutely empty kitchen cabinet. Microwave working but not functional. We paid $175.00/night - there should be better than that. No morning breakfast, no ice machine on premise. Horrible.

Will never stay here again.
Our room and the property were in terrible shape. There was one bar of soap and one mini bottle of shampoo for all of us. No hairdyers. The hotel was out of towels for two days - we did not have any on Saturday or Sunday. No one came to empty the trash. We finally went and got bags ourselves and set the trash outside the door- no one ever came to pick it up our entire stay. The carpets were not vaccumed, the bathroom and kitchen counters were filthy, and the walls and ceilings have dirt and what looked like blood.

It looks nice on the outside but not very clean on the inside. We did find a cockroach by the kitchen and it smelled of weed in the bathroom the whole 3 days we stayed! It is also very run down and needs upgrading.

The room had a really bad smell. We didn't even spend the night there we were there for 2 or 3 hours and got out. The bed sheets had a lot of long hairs in it. It seems like they didn't changed them to frequently.
