Beautiful river view room and the restaurant is top notch..we had a delicious meal before going to our show at Count Basie Theater. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

It was hard to control the room temp. to sleep. Very warm and the air conditioner was loud. It was cold outside when we visited. Otherwise the staff and visit was great.

There was a lot of noise from the elevators that I could hear from my room on the fourth floor. I could hear voices next door and below me as well. The room and staff were great other than that.

Very nice older hotel. Beautiful view out our window of water. Shower was great. Bed very comfortable. Food was very good at the restaurant. Very accommodating. Would stay here again and would recommend it to others. Only negative was the toliet was not flushing very good.

This was a lovely property - we got a king with river views and it did not disappoint! The hotel was conveniently walkable to downtown Red Bank - we got so many steps in! Also, this had one of the best hotel showers we've experienced - great water pressure. And the bath towels were extra long, which, for larger people, is such a nice touch to be able wrap it around!

Views are lovely but rooms badly need overhaul -as usual plumbing sketchy —- shower/bath faucet leaked continuously and toilet appeared to be on the brink of giving up. Topper this time was (someone else’s) fresh green toothpaste spot on a supposedly clean towel hanging on back of bathroom door. Very gross and makes one wonder what else is being overlooked re cleaning. Positive shoutout to Pete the bartender who is lovely.

Pros- Beautiful views from Waterview rooms, great blackout curtains, comfortable beds, 9 pillows, fabulous restaurant (pricey but great staff- sorry but 8 asparagus stalks, and fries should not be $14- nope)! Nice to have frig & safe. Slight cons- Delay at check-in (should have comped happy hour drink for delay), crummy room coffee- blah but there was great lobby coffee we were unaware of), yuck I hate shower curtains vs glass- ick, dated bathroom - could barely turn water on, shower head from the 1940’s- such an easy fix Osprey!!). Bathroom could have been cleaner (hair in shower). We had an appointment at MSK And asked for a slightly late check out of 12 or 1230. Front desk really made a big deal about this, even though the hotel was virtually empty. Somewhat perplexing but overall stay was great. Here’s one thing I think was weird, I called the hotel and asked them to match the Expedia rate. They said no cannot do it so I promptly booked on Expedia, which was less expensive. But there was a one hour lag for that reservation to show up at the front desk.

They put a lot of money and effort into the linens and towels. View and location are awesome. A couple of items in the room are in need of replacement but the upgraded linen package is a good trade off. Restaurant seemed a bit pricey, breakfast for 2 with tip 50$. Then again it's Redbank. I'd definitely stay again. All of the staff was great! Favorite bartender is Pete.

Oyster Point Hotel was fabulous.
Hotel is beautiful. It was still decorated for Christmas when we checked in, with Christmas trees. When we checked out all the trees were gone. Our room was very clean and our view of the river was breath taking. Griffen at the front desk was very polite and helpful with recommending places to eat in town. My only complaint was in the morning there wasn't any "hot" water un the shower. It was a little warm. Overall, we loved our quick stay. We will definitely stay there again if we come to town.
