Did the Job!
Reception was closed & unattended upon arrival, but was sorted by apologetic owner. Though small, room was clean and well equipped. Very thankful for the excellent air conditioning!

Very comfortable room in a lovely setting. The towels were thic and soft. The queen size bed comfortable. There was a private area with table and chairs at the back and table and chair settings in the shade at the front Tim the owner went out of his way to ensure the stay was enjoyable. Will certainly return when in the area next time

Great spot to overnight for alpine trips
We often choose The Moth for our overnights before a snow trip. The rooms are always warm on arrival and even when one of the boys locked the keys in the room at 9pm at night, the managers were smiling and helpful.

Friendly motel in a good location.
This is a friendly motel in the beautiful Victorian High Country. The owners are friendly and my room was nicely furnished and comfortable.

Great place to stay
Motel was very comfortable had every thing we required and Pauline (our host) was delightful. Well recommended and definitely will stay again. We even had a phone call to check if we were OK as we had a day climbing Mt Bogong, very thoughtful.

Super friendly and motorcycle friendly!!!
Super friendly service. We were offered covered parking for our motorcycles. In addition, the owner offered to drive us to a local restaurant for dinner and pick us up afterwards so we wouldn't have to take our motorcycles. Talk about service above and beyond! This is a brilliant place!

Short Jump to the Snow.
As On-Mountain accom prices (for families) are through the roof and difficult to secure at this time of year, a stay Off- Mountain was the best option. Bogong Moth was convenient, comfortable and cost effective.

Arrived and was greeted by a friendly receptionist (owner). That's breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this motel. Very warm and homely.

Very glad we stayed at this cozy motel even though it's just one night. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet, has everything you needed. Will definitely stay there when visit the area again.

We found our stay at the Bogon Moth Motel very pleasant and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Tawonga/Mt Beauty is such a beautiful place and we would highly recommend it for travelers.

Mountain view motel
Friendly & helpful staff, particularly helpful directions to cafe for breakfast and other tourist attractions. Airconditioning excellent in very hot conditions. Generous provision of tea, coffee & toiletries. Good location - easy to find on main road but no traffic noise, close to restaurant serving excellent meals Value for money, not luxurious but met all our needs at a very reasonable cost.

Nice motel convenient to Falls Creek
Staying on Mountain at Falls creek is great but driving up from Mt Beauty means that you don't have to worry about long term parking at Falls and the inconvenience of oversnow transport to your accomodation. The Bogong Moth motel in Mt Beauty is well priced and is comfortable and very clean.
