Needs new furniture! The couch I didn't want to sit on with the condition of it. The condition of the property was terrible and didn't feel safe there. Wasn't happy Expedia would have this property as VIP!

This was a nice place to stay. Charming townhouse community, large pool, plenty of open space. Pet friendly. Just slightly overpriced for the value.

Nice pool...calme..friendly staff..rules are if you extend your stay you have to check out and then ckeck back in but they let me keep the room without checking out and back in...

We didn't know this was a 2 story building with the bedrooms up a long flight of stairs my husband was unable to use the stairs so he had to sleep on the couch on the first level. We had the light in the kitchen go out I reported it but no one came to fix it. Other than that the facility was very nice

Okay rooms
Very clean. Great service. King bed was not to bad. Queen bed had pillowtop but was hard. Double beds where like sleeping on a brick. Hard to open sliding doors. No paper towels. Basic needs in kitchen. Couch was old and dirty. Get what you pay for.

The person checking us in was super nice and helpful, but it went downhill from there. The room was not the cleanest, stains on the floor, mildew in bathrooms, bathroom sink didn't drain, front door lock was almost pulled out of door frame, place had a weird smell, and then the kicker was when the maid ran the dishwasher and black stuff spewed out of the kitchen sink and backed it up. That's when we finally reported stuff, and instead of moving us for our last two days that had people come and work on stuff - while we were in the middle of trying to get ready for dinner reservations. Had to follow up to actually get them to come, after waiting on hold forever and finally going to front desk in person and waiting another ten minutes before someone acknowledged me. Once they were there they fixed things fairly quickly, except for the sticky bedroom floor, which they said they would clean the next day. They never did. The pool was nice and felt heated given how cool it had been the few days before. But restaurant wasn't open for lunch on Sunday - even though there were menus out on the patio tables, super annoying. Room didn't have paper towels or any kind of dish towel in the kitchen, bare essentials for kitchen generally, no ice cube trays. There was a nice swing set for kids, and it was close to several restaurants and Disney. We didn't take the shuttle, but it only drops off at two times, and sounds like it is hard to get a seat on the way back.

Complex in need of repair
We only stayed for one night but were very disappointed with the condition of our unit. Upon entering there was a musty-mildew smell. We figured it was from the 1st floor bathroom so we kept the door shut. The unit was in need a of a deep cleaning, a lot of touch up as well as an update. The beds were comfy, although the front bedroom overlooking the parking lot was exposed to multiple car alarms and very loud people all during the night and early morning. Upon waking we saw the soap scum and mold in the shower and decided to just wait until we were home to shower (we only live an hour and half away). I would never stay here again.

Nice quiet property to stroll around. Love the spacious 2 bedroom. The rooms are showing some sign of age. We wanted to purchase Disney tickets on site and they were gone by noon. Also, it’s hard to get a cocktail and sit out by the pool to relax during the week.

Lots of space for the money
For not much more money than a standard hotel room, my friends and I were able to have a two bedroom villa. The extra space was very nice and to have a kitchen and small living room made our trip much more enjoyable than being in a standard hotel room. Because the price for a two bedroom villa is so reasonable, it is important to keep that in mind. The rooms do need some updating, the carepet replaced and a good deep cleaning. Overall, for what you get and what you pay it is a good value if you don't expect champagne with a beer budget. I would stay here again.
