Convenient location with lots of dining options and access to roadways. 24 hour pool and reasonable breakfast hours.

Our front desk check in process took the easy way out and was not customer service focused. The hot breakfast was terrible. The banana in the to go bag was so black that it made everything taste like banana. There was no trash can in our room.

It does not meet the Hampton Inn standards I have come to expect. Extremely run down and tired; in desperate need of a remodel.

Front desk staff was on a “break” no one available to check me out at 7 am. So I waited until she returned only to be told “I can’t print you a receipt, you booked through Expedia” Even though I paid at the hotel. Hotel was average at best. I expected better for more than $200.00/night

Homecoming Weekend at Mizzou
I was in Columbia visiting my college-aged son. I've stayed at several hotels in the last 4 years, and surprisingly, I haven't stayed here. Without question, this is the best one so far! Customer service was friendly and authentic - shout out to Gena, who was so friendly & welcoming. I liked it so much that I canceled my reservation at a different hotel for graduation weekend and rebooked my stay here. The rooms, food, and service were all wonderful!

Property was very good. Parking is meant for cars not trucks. Dining options are primarily fast food. Traffic on Clark is horrible.

The staff is friendly and nice. Even when we were late for breakfast they let us in to grab some food. I appreciate how they don't waste the leftover breakfast when it's still good and hot.

2nd floor room had a strong pet odor. Seemed to have an event each night of the stay... car alarm, fire alarm, just in time to ruin a good night's sleep. Never again!

Greta stay!
The friendliest staff checked us in and we’re SO helpful! I had 7 rooms reserved for a soccer team and the perks (24 hr fitness and pool) were perfect for our group! Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was pretty good and again, the staff was great! Definitely plan to stay here again when we travel through Columbia!
