Personable clerk who wanted me to have a good experience. However-I set the heat on 70 and it blew cold air; I figured that it would warm up soon. I awoke about 4am coughing and freezing. It was still blowing cold air! It was still set on heat…so I just turned the fan down and stuck it out as we were getting up soon and leaving by 7am. Stayed very cold in the room-we didn’t even shower due to the temperature in the room. I definitely caught a nasty cold from that room. Ruined the stay. Room 112

Not happy with our stay.
The room was very outdated. One of the outlets was burnt and it looked like it had flames that went up the wall. I was on the first floor and the woman that run the place at night had her whole family living upstairs. Friday night it sounded like a heard of elephants running around all night long. I definitely didn’t get enough rest during my stay.

Staff person was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom is a little old and run-down, but serviceable. Some burn holes in the bedspread. All in all, quite comfortable!

There was no faucet, dirty sink, sheets, smelt like straight weed. Corn all in the bed and floors. Terrible! Then after I told them they put me in another room and charged me 20$ more gave me used wash cloths

Particular Saturday night was loud from outside bottom floor room. Room never really cool at 67 degrees.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Room smelled like either a dog or sweaty socks, not sure which but it stink so bad I put my air vent freshener out of our car onto the ac vent. Beds & pillows were hard. Bathroom was gross, tub was dirty!

Not so clean stay.
There was a roach in my room,It was dirty in spots, and there wasn't any rags in my room. The remote was busted up and the comforter had holes. I went to the office, i was told the rags were washing and the roach was dead due to extermination. I literally had to show pictures of a LIVE roach and was told someone would come to the room. I have no idea what for. But needless to say no one ever came and i never got any rags. Thank goodness i always travel with my own!!

I wouldnt return‼️‼️
They only had smoking rooms when we arrived and we are not smokers..we were exhausted so we only went to catch up on a little sleep..it was disappointing..evrrything smelled of smoke and the toilet had burn marks.The floor on bathroom was sticky and the tub had a forever ring around it. Thank God I had disinfectanting wipes..it had sadned me to see the outdoor pool was green..it was outta season for use.But we have a pool at home and we updated every month for our upcoming summer use. I wouldnt recommend anyone use the pool.

Not a great or even a decent hotel
The first room I saw had the deadbolt detached, huge water stain on the ceiling above the bed, holes throughout the sheets, a giant bug flipping around on the desk, smelled like smoke, and the smoke detector had been ripped from the ceiling so only the wires were hanging out. When I went to get my money back to leave I was told I could not get a refund because I had booked through Hotels.com. He then said there were two other rooms I could pick. The first reeked of smoke. The second room seemed okay and at the very least had a deadbolt so I felt safe with that. That being said I got no sleep because you could hear every truck that stopped at the gas station in front of the hotel, and the walls were very thin…

I don't know how old these ratings are but it had a descent rating which is why I booked. I don't typically leave reviews unless there is either exceptional qualities or really poor ones. The place takes animals and you can tell as the room smelled like cat urine. It was not updated or clean. It happened to be around 25degrees for the low that night and the heater wasn't working so by the time we woke up it was extremely cold in the room. I've stayed at cheaper motels that were much better so if you're looking for something clean and updated, this is not the place for you.

The tv did not work properly. The. Microwave was filthy. Most of the wall sockets did not work. No tissues for the bathroom. Phone and clock did not work. Avoid this place

That’s the only decent motel near my home town, so thats why I always book with them. Property has not been kept in good condition. Whenever I stay I bring cleaning products to spray and wipe down. The staff was very friendly, and nice.

Check in was fine. The gentleman was very nice and professional. My complaint is over the cleanliness of the hotel. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The chair was filthy with what looked like dandruff. The AC had food or some kind of gunky stuff on it. The place smelled funny and it was just gross. The bars in the bathroom had mold and the fire alarm was falling off the wall. It was the only hotel around.

This property is the only hotel for this location. The upkeep and pool maintenance was horrible. Linens need to be replaced. Bathroom floor was damaged and unidentified spots in the tub

I liked the fact that it was easy to get to, just off US27. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It helped to have both a Huddle House, a Church's Fried Chicken and a gas station close. The only reason I gave everything an "ok" was due to the fact that it needed updating and & repairs, but I was told they had that scheduled. And there was no coffee maker in the room, nor was there much choice for the free breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.

Quietest stay ive ever had at a motel!! No slamming doors or people outside the door talking of course this is not a busy motel to begin with but was nice to not get woke up in the middle of the night!! Only thing i found that wasn't up to par was the pool!! Don't think its been touched since spring!!

The hotel is fine. Though the folks that stay on a weekly basis are inconsiderate of others trying to get rest. I'll probably stay around front as all the riffraft is around back. Weed smoking and loud talking at 1:40am😠

poor service
it was clean. no coffee pot but had cups. Sink was stopped up. Hair dryer was broke. Was supposed to have breakfast at 6 no one was at the front desk and doors were locked to area for coffee and frozen sausage biscuits. there were 2 apples. I asked about getting a roll away bed and he said it would not fit in the room. :( also had a piece of tile very lose in doorway of bathroom made a very loud sound when you stepped on it..

My room smelled tobacco even though it was a non smoking room. Cold welcome at the reception desk. It was an OK stay for one night. The receptionist handed me a bill for $48.89 for one night when I had paid $72.78 online on hotels.com for the room. That's a large percentage that hotels.com is getting for the service rendered.

I got serious bit by budbugs. No staff at the front desk to complain to. I would love a refund because now i have to go to the doctors to take care of this. I will not go back to this property
