The Best Hotel Staff in the whole country
I stay at this hotel for two weeks every year visiting the branch I oversee in Stockton. I travel an approximate 110 days in a given year and I always feel at home here. Its all because of the verry friendly, attentive, hospitable and professional staff this hotel has. They are by far the best a hotel could have.

Caution
The cockroaches by the pool ruined the stay for us. We played by the pool, but once it got dark there were cockroaches all around our lawn chairs. When management was informed they seemed to have little concern.

My only complaint is the toilet need to be higher and the bathroom need to have more safe handles, the room next to the elevator is noisy.

It was very quiet. Our toilet leaked the first night, but once we reported it that morning, it was fixed immediately. We came in the back way, and the staff was extremely helpful to help us find our way to the front office. Great place.

Very very dirty, from arrival there was beer caps in sofa bed. Women’s hair clips, garbage on floor. Bathroom door handle broken. Couldn’t get room serviced/cleaned until 3rd day after complaining several times. Will not stay or recommend this place at all.

This hotel is located a short drive away from the University of the Pacific and is located in a nice, quiet area. The facilities are showing their age somewhat, but that is overshadowed by the aforementioned nice area and the wonderful service.

The best hotel staff I have ever encountered. They are kind courteous and professional. Nicole Nunez was especially helpful on my previous stay too. The building is very old and in need of sever upgrades. Not only as guests a staff as good as this needs a better place to work.

The double room is very nice and spacious. They have a 24 hr little market inside and a cute little gym the only thing was the hot tub was out of service.

At check-in desk the lady was very cold and not very inviting. The room was good, beds were comfortable. The hot tub was out of service and the breakfast options were very limited. I've been to other residence inns but this one was not as nice as some of the others but decent considering the location.

Less than Usual
Staff was friendly and attentive. Usually my experience with this hotel is stellar but this time was a little different. Downside: A bug was crawling on the wall the second day I was there. Not sure where it came from but kinda made me nervous the rest of my stay. Also the stovetop didn’t work. I had brought some food specifically to make while there and was disappointed that this amenity wasn’t usable. I called the front desk and they sent a male maintenance person to check it out and he couldn’t get it to work either. Also loud neighbors and kids ripping and running down the hallways every day. Sadly staff can’t do much about unruly kids and bad parenting. Why aren’t they in school anyway?

Loved the studio
The studio was very nice with a kitchenette, desk and small dining table. It felt spacious and welcome after a day in 100 degree weather. There is a pool, BBQ, sitting area with a fire pit and a basketball court. There is a large courtyard surrounded by rooms. Studios seem to be on the back side of it however. I would stay here again.
