Estadia maravilhosa, staff muito atencioso e num ambiente familiar. Senti-me em casa. Muito confortável , todos os dias limparam o nosso quarto e deram toalhas lavadas. Quanto à localização , muito bem localizado, situado no local calmo de Perissa, com mini mercado, padaria , praia e bares de praia a minutos a pé ! Adoramos a experiência ! Especial atenção a quem faz o pagamento com cartão virtual pois existe um deelay entre a empresa parceira “Expedia” e o valor que pagamos na reserva, nao é autorizado ao hotel fazer o levantamento na hora do check in e é cobrado o valor total no dia novamente, sendo que depois têm que esperar 7 a 10 dias a restituição do valor para o cartão.

Our stay was amazing, everything was perfect and better than we could have imagined! The couple who own the villas are very sweet and helpful. Perfect location as it’s close to many beaches and restaurants as well as the bus to get to fira the capital!

Jacob was such a sweet host. He helped arrange our pick up from the airport, and even though we were delayed 3 hours, the driver was still there. Jacob was standing on the porch waiting for us to arrive. This is a family owned pproperty, and Jacob gave us great suggestions for restaurants. It is very close to the bus stop, a 24 hour bakery, and the black sand beach. it was very convenient to stay here and get around.

Unmissable Stay
The hospitality was second to none. The whole family who ran the villa was warm, friendly, and willing to go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Jacob was very helpful in telling us things about the island, activities and trips to take, and the best restaurants (and he was not wrong!). The property is a 5 minute walk to the black sand beach where I spent every single day of my visit. It’s a quiet little stroll with adorable shops and good restaurants. It was very easy to organize an airport shuttle with them to and from the airport to avoid having to figure it out myself or take a taxi which would have cost more. Overall, this is an unmissable stay and I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else when I come back. Thanks again!

Perfect Stay Close to the Beach
We loved our stay. The accommodation had everything we needed including a fridge and kettle a little romantic balcony. Excellent location very peaceful and only 3mins to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. There is a bakery at the end of the road with lovely greek pastries. F The hotel had friendly and kind staff gave us excellent Information.

5/5 Villa and owner
The place is very close to the Perissa beach but not too close to hear the noise. There's also a few restaurants and small stores before the beach. The place itself was really nice and clean. AC, TV (with international channels) and fridge worked well. Nice view from the balcony to the mountain and the church. The owners are incredibly nice people! When I arrived I was given a map and told some useful information about the island. When I was at the pool the lady came and offered me some homemade wine and a greek pastry of which name I can't remember but they were both amazing! Really nothing to complain about this place :)

Good value family room
Good sized room.. Dual layer. Clean.. Nice. Breakfast was OK.. The lady serving us did great. Pool is not attractive.. Too small and water is really cold. Close to the beach and several restaurants but we were happy having rented a car allowing us to go anywhere. Basically we only slept at the hotel.. Using it as our base for daytrips. Family room is good value. If you are with 1 kid at most we would recommend kamari beach instead.

Very good for the price. The view is very sad (parking lot), but the room itself is functional and spacious. Very tiny shower, old school style. Location is good and pool is small but cute and pleasant

What an amazing hotel! The owner and staff are so friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless with an amazing view of the mountain. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Santorini. For the area the price is brilliant!

Super friendly staff. Great location, which is minutes to the black sandy beaches of Santorini; a bus station is down the street, which took us around the island; and a market/restaurants are steps away. Room had a nice balcony that we enjoyed sitting on, which was an added bonus. Staff cleaned our room daily.

Estafia extremamente agradável. Os proprietários nos trataram como se fôssemos da família. Recebemos dicas incríveis de passeios tanto dos proprietários, como da recepcionista Ellie que também nes prestou tratamento perfeito. Recomendamos para quem quer viver dias tranquilos e de relaxamento, longe dos centros ultra movimentados, curtindo lugares maravilhosos nesta ilha mágica que é Santorini. Perissa é o melhor local em relação custo-benefício em Santorini. O hotel fica a cerca de 5 mins a pé da praia, com ótimos restaurantes. E o melhor: quase ao lado do hotel tem uma padaria e um mercadinho que funcionam 24hs, com delícias a preços bem em conta.

Gestione famigliare professionale, ambienti semplici ma pulitissimi, pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornalieri, disponibilità e consigli per ogni eventuale necessità, non ultima per avere la visita in loco di un medico. Insomma, difficile trovare di meglio ( a questi prezzi ovviamente ). Posizionato abbastanza centralmente nell'abitato di Perissa (300m. circa dalla spiaggia e ottimi ristoranti tradizionali), ma molto tranquillo, con ampio parcheggio per l'auto che si può facilmente e a buon prezzo affittare. Buona e generosa colazione. Conclusioni: caldamente consigliato.

Couldn't be happier. 5 minute walk to the beach with endless choices for food, drinks and shops. Fira and Oia are beautiful but if you're looking for hospitality, Perissa is the place to be. Great black sand beach with tons of beach bars that have loungers and umbrellas. As far as the hotel, it was wonderful. Clean as could be. We had a "basement" room but it had a kitchenette and patio. Just lovely. The hosts were so nice. Like staying with family with none of the negatives. Market on the corner and a fabulous 24 hour bakery a block or so away. I travel a lot and this was truly a wonderful experience. They also offer transport to the airport for $25. Google maps say it's only 3 miles but it's around the mountain. Cabs run 35 and up.

A small family run hotel located not too far from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. Pick up from the port by George was very nice, as well as drop off at the airport.

Good price and great location for beach
Very friendly and helpful staff, the location is very close to the black sand beach. The room is good for its price, and compared to the hotels on the other side of the island it's absolutely worth the price. I will definitely book it again if I will visit Santorini once more

Outstanding Service and Facilities
What an amazing hotel in Perissa, starting with communication with Debbie, she's great, I kept emailing her and she kept answering back, she's a sweetheart, she offer airport pick up at a cheaper price, her dad picked us up and even gave us minor tour of the island. Anything you asked Debbie she would go out of the way to help us, she even helped us book a 5hr Catamaran Sunset Sail for much less than us doing it by ourselves. This is a family hotel but they don't stay near the guest rooms. This facilities are just beautiful, the backdrop is the monastery and the church with the 3 bells in Perissa, the rooms were spotless, drop dead beautiful cave type room, we stay in one of the top rooms, we had a balcony all to ourselves plus a shared terrace. Probably the best rooms for couples, AC worked great, hot water was on point and the beach was a 5 minutes walk. Nearby you have a 24 bakery, a mini market and plenty of restaurants options. Overall, Aretousa Villas was a great value, there's also free WiFi which works better by the pool, oh yes the salt water pool with plenty of chairs and trees for tanning or just relaxing. They also offer breakfast for cheap.

Super séjour avec un accueil très attentionné et beaucoup de bons conseils sur les ballades à faire Les chambres sont propres et bien tenues avec un ménage tout les jours. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine L’hôtel est aussi très bien situé à proximité des commerces...et de la mer !
