I'm sorry to hear that there may have been a miscommunication with organising a taxi to the airport. We do strongly recommend that guests departing in the early hours of the morning pre-book the day before, and earlier than their estimated time as taxi's can run slow during the peak periods of airport departures. Our hotel does not have a dedicated porter service; however, our team is happy to assist with luggage on request. We are very lucky to be so close to everything in the city and the surrounding areas which is great for those who are travelling or wanting a weekend getaway. During our busy times during breakfast, some of the selections may be more popular than others, however our chefs are very prompt at restocking these items. Good morning Jodi, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience. We are aware that this issue was reported to us on the second day of your stay. Our maintenance team did attend the room during the afternoon and was able to provide hot water to the townhouse, and to our understanding you were present at the time to confirm this. We were also aware that this may not have been a permanent fix as we were waiting for a part to be delivered which was also explained during that time. Our maintenance team did re-attend the following room at 9am to confirm, however missed your departure by only a few minutes. We will raise an investigation at this process internally to improve on this in the future. I do hope the remainder of your time in Darwin was enjoyable.Kind regards,
