아쉬운 주변환경
호텔은 그럭저럭 괜찮았으나 주변에 먹거리가 너무 부족하였으며, 이동하기위해선 필히 렌트를 하여야 하는 위치에 호텔이 있음.

Property is now a refugee facility! Certainly not a hotel as before! Elevators, halls, lobby, full & being used as living facilities. Laundry & strollers everywhere. Hard to use elevators. Not happy with stay & cost. Rooms very rundown.

Coffee service was not set up in the lobby, (Saturday and Sunday), restaurant and bar a little difficult to identify, outside door to them is locked from outside access, Laundry machines where the snack and ice machines would be is a little weird. The room was very clean and well appointed. Really quiet rooms for the most part.

The cost of the rooms do not reflect what you get. There are long stay families that live at the hotel. Kids running around everywhere and there was an awful scent as you walk into the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone especially not at the price per night. It’s probably similar to staying at a hostel.

This hotel is a little run down. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The bed was clean and comfortable. It was overpriced considering the condition of the hotel. There were lottos refugees living in the hotel so the elevators were always crowded.

Front desk staff not to friendly, had to pay for parking and there was extra $50 charge on my credit card from the hotel!

This hotel was fine when I checked in. But not safe for a woman travelling alone. A man followed me to my floor to watch which room I was going to, someone tried to break into my room through the adjoining door between rooms, men made comments in lobby and elevator. Wouldn’t stay there again. Had to leave my reservation early. Didn’t feel safe.

Ok hotel. Reasonable rate but not what you'd expect from Radisson in terms of comfort or condition. Needs a lot of updates. After a long night of work, I woke abruptly woken up by loudest noise right outside my room (on 6th floor), around 7 in the morning. Turns out there was some work that was being done and this guy needed to drill into concrete walls.. Honestly overall was an ok experience. Wouldn't stay here again for sure.

This Radisson was under construction with polystyrene flying all over the outside of the building. This property must have a contract with the government to house immigrant families as there were children running all over the place. They were up and down the elevators, running in the halls. The place was too noisy. None of these facts were indicated in the information provided when I originally reviewed the hotel. The hotel has a large parking lot but they charge extra to park your car. I consider this gouging the guests, pushing the original price higher. I would not stay in this Radisson again!

What did I step on...
When I came I was greeted with a smile at first but then given full on attitude. The place was also full of children. Screaming running up and down the hallways. Even when asked to be quiet they caused a fuss. The hotel room itself was eh. The bed was one of those sleep number beds and my side continued to deflate. No bed bugs though (I checked). Add in the carpet had really sticky spots and some sharp pieces I stepped on. It was a mystery every time you walked on the carpet. While in the bathroom they have many complimentary items which was nice. There were a few bugs crawling on the wall however. Not sure what they were. Free use of pod coffee machines, coffee mugs, glass cups and a mini fridge. Would not go this place again.

Staff awesome and most helpful ... BUT dont rely on the photographs to base your choice. The hotel looks nothing like on the web site. Clearly filters have been added to the photographs: Lamp shades are full of stains, ceilings have some water damage, bathroom as well is old and dated. The smell was not great either, thank god the window opened ! The mattress and pillows were had and not cozy. Elevator is all broken up (piece of floor tiles gone, scraping marks everywhere.... and the walls are paper thin ! But the staff was sooo nice. Its too bad !

The room was acceptable, but was not entirely clean. The bed finish was amateurish, and not in line with the pricing for the property. The lobby was very noisy, and the desk clerk was somewhat intolerant while resolving the issue. Pool was closed for some reason, this was not communicated in advance. The elevators were dirty and in disrepair, with broken floor tiles, and some unexplained issue about "only one elevator will go above floor 7, requiring us to wait until the other elevator had moved on before calling the correct one. No cleaning occured during our stay. The third elevator was out of service. To make matters worse, the stairwell did not egress to the main floor, only an alarmed door to the outside, making it necessary to climb back to floor 2 and wait for the extremely slow elevator. The restaurant was not open during our stay, and the breakfast was not offered before 7am, far too late into the morning. Overall, a mediocre offering considering the price. Will NOT return.

Not impressed
Awful condition. The building was under heavy construction and should have provided a significant discount because of it. 1/3 elevators were not working which lead to extensive waits. The pool was under construction as well. It was very noisy until 7pm due to the construction as well. I was not impressed.

The staff isnt really welcome. My room is juste behind the stairway for emmergency exit. At 8Am, there is the contruction in the stairway. They drill the hole on the wall that is directly on the one of my room. They haven't stop after 4Pm. It woke me up at 8 Am but i have to go to work at 8:30 Am. Its ok with me after i left but my sister was staying in the room until 4 PM. After i came back to the hotel to complaint. They just said "well , there was a construction there and we cant do anything and cant change your room for the next day cause its full". I ask them if there will be at tomorrow. They just answer me that they dont know . What a bad service

We were staying over to attend a funeral. Unfortunately my husband had an anxiety attack and we ended up driving home and back the next morning. Didn’t really get to stay over to rate hotel but do know it needs some work.

Très bruyant-beaucoup d’enfants courent et jouent partout dans les espaces communs le hall partout dans l’hotel ça en est ridicule- bain écaillé de longs cheveux noirs coller dans le bain et aux serviettesserviettes-dames d’âge moyen à la réception très très condescendante- prix plus élevé avec taxes une soirée 194,92$ J’y suis resté une soirée le 23 août au matin j’ai quitté et les trois autres jours j’etais au Delta Marriott 2025 Canadian tout près du radisson prix vendredi 169$ samedi 199$ dimanche 169$ avant taxes c’est très très bien tout était parfait très bel hôtel tout le personnel agréable propre partout je recommanderais sans hésitation

It was okay the room was clean, but they should put better coffee in the room, every morning I had to go and buy the coffee. Location for us it was good.
