엄청 별로였습니다. 예약이 확정된 방이였는데 호텔에 도착하니 예약이 취소되어있는 어이없는 상황이 발생했고 죄송하다며 다른 호텔을 안내해줬는데 위치라던지 여러가지 면에서 불편함이 많았습니다. 다시는 방문하고 싶지 않는 호텔이였습니다. 그리고 굉장히 불쾌했습니다.

뜻밖의 볼거리
서비스는 전반적으로 좋았고, 단체여행객들이 많아서 조식부페 시 좀 분비는 점 외에는 여러가지로 좋았습니다. 쮜리히 도심 반호프거리 등과는 좀 멀지만 Tony Areal 등 디자인박물관도 있고 임비아둑트, 프라이탁 플래그샵 등도 있어서 뜻밖의 볼거리가 있었습니다.

L'hôtel est très bien placé et ses prestations de qualité. Nous avons néanmoins rencontré deux difficultés concernant la bonne de charge électrique pour notre véhicule et un manquement concernant le ménage de la chambre le 1er janvier. Heureusement, l'équipe a fait tout le nécessaire, avec professionnalisme, pour que ces deux difficultés trouvent une solution satisfaisante. Nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour à Zürich.

We stayed only one night but we got an upgrade to a top floor, the girl at the front desk was very nice and the drinks at the bar are great!

Property is very close to a train station. Too bad they didnt show me how to get there when I got off the train. They say they have a work out room, would have been nice if they had told me about it and when i tried to get in I couldn't. Day two, they gave me a map, would have been nice to get that day one too.

Amazing stay Zurich
Tired coming from LA. Staff were nice and friendly. Im hyped up with the steam and sauna room. Gym was excellent but didnt have time to workout out!

Such a great location! Short walk to the train station and so easy to get all around Zürich and other parts of Switzerland. Not far from the airport, restaurants and other conveniences. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent club and restaurant. Breakfast buffet was great! Safe, clean and very enjoyable!

Nice hotel. Room is very clean and comfortable. Bed is great (firm). Very quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy to get around on nearby tram, and easy to take train from airport. No complaints.
