Bathroom is very small. Problem having a shower in the morning. Water gets everywhere because the shower layout was poorly designed. Room is very small.

Friendly owner and nice location
The owner is extremely friendly and loves cats which is always a good thing in my view. The room had a nice balcony and all the amenities as advertised. It is really close to both the ferry and the old town of parikia - you don't need a car if you don't want as between walking and the buses and ferries you can get to a lot of places.

All great apart from mattress
Overall is very clean and well located, enough space and beautiful. However its a pity that the mattress is not comfortable. Its very important. where you spend most of the time in a hotel... when you what to visit the island. A confortable mattress to sleep well is a must. Its not pleasant when you start the day with back pain. Just invest in good mattress everything else is perfect

Stayed here for one night at this lovely hotel with or one year old daughter. Check in was very quick. The room was clean and tidy. The locality to the port and town centre was very convenient at only a 5 minute walk away. The owner Marissa was helpful and friendly. Fantastic place to stay when visiting Parika.

Bien dans l ensemble.
Sejour à Paros chez Marisa agréable. Cette dernière, fort sympathique est très présente, donne de bons conseils en français, ce qui est appréciable ; de plus elle nous attendait à l arrivée du ferry. La chambre est un peu trop petite, mais dans l ensemble très propre et fonctionnelle.

A convenient walk away from the port! Staff was so friendly. The room was standard, but clean and had aircon. We took advantage of the patio and clothes line! Would stay again!

Happy Travellers!
Upon arrival Marisa was very helpful with showing us a map of the island and the main attractions. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about Paros, which was lovely to see! The rooms were exceptionally clean. Marisa provided us with fresh fruit on a couple occasions, a delightful surprise to come home to. Overall we highly recommend Marisa Hotels for a warm, welcoming stay in Paros. Extra notes: Marisa Hotels is a short walk to the Port, the bus stops and the old town making it a perfect location!

Great value for money in handy locatio
Location was fantastic hidden away in a side street but close enough to walk to beach, cafes, supermarket, old town, etc. The room was adequate and good value for money. We had a good sized shady balcony. The only downside was the Bathroom was quite small and shower was difficult to use due to position of shower head. Marisa was very friendly and helpful with local advice and suggestions. She provided a free snack and local wine one night which was very thoughtful. We were collected at the ferry port on arrival and taken to the airport for a small fee on checkout. Overall great value for money and highly recommended.

Would not return!
I was taken to a different building than what is showing on the website which had a nice outdoor patio. Because I was only there for 1 night I think I got put in building away from Marissa's reception office.

Hello Deb!i m sorry you felt that way!i m the owner of 2 buildings this year!You were for a night and i gave you a nice big triple room (you were alone) with brand new mattresses in the second building in the 1st floor with a nice balcony!i thought it was better than giving you a room in the 1st building in the main floor!also, you could tell me ditectly!! I m so sorry again for the inconvenience and i advise you and all my future clients to ask and inform all the hoteliers while they are here in order to fix the problems during their stay and not after! Thank you again for choosing us and have a nice summer!

Accommodating Owner, Good Location
Marisa Rooms was located approximately 700 metres from the main ferry terminal. An easy walk with a back pack or if using a suit case with wheels. Lovely place to stay with a fairly large room that had air-con ( not needed as we stayed in April 2019)refridgerator, tv, excellent wif-fi and private bathroom and shower. There was a small balcony and table with two chairs where we managed to play the odd game of scrabble whilst enjoying a glass of local red wine. There is no restaurant at this hotel but many eating places within a 5 minute walk. Owner was very helpful and spoke a number of languages including fluent English and French. This was value for money for our 6 night stay and we would stay again if in the area.

Poco distante dal centro...
La struttura non è in pieno centro ma poco distante,è una casa(pensione) strutturata su tre livelli e su ogni livello ci sono 2/3 stanze. Ha una piccola veranda che utilizzano per la colazione o il pomeriggio per chi ha voglia di fermarsi un pò. La stanza è davvero molto ma molto piccola per non parlare del bagno! Infatti come aprivi la porta ti trovavi già dentro la doccia! I rubinetti del lavandino perdevano molta acqua,il microfono della doccia non si poteva appendere per mancanza di spazio.La camera aveva un piccolo balconcino.

In all of my websites you will see more than enough pictures with all my rooms, the amenities and the balconies!!! The square of the rooms is listed in the details and is also visible in the photos !When you made the reservation from your requests i advised you to cancel your reservation since we will not fulfill your demands!!You have asked me room with view and i told you that i don’t have that’s why you could cancel your reservation without any penalty! But you have refused! While you have booked in rooms to let your demands were for 5star hotel! The shower microphone was broken while you were inside! You could ask me the same time to change it! when we saw it we’ ve changed it at once! I m so sorry for the inconvenience and i advise you and all my future clients to ask and inform all the hoteliers while they are here in order to fix the problems during their stay and not after since I could give you another room the next day with a bigger bathroom! We cannot have all of our customers happy but since that more than 80% are leaving from Marisa s rooms satisfied I think I m giving to you and to all them my best character! Thank you one more time for your time you spend in reviewing us, it was our pleasure to accommodate you and we will give our best to be better in order not to have any future complaints from our customers!

This was definitely my favorite hotel on my Greece trip! Marisa met us at the ferry terminal, helped to arrange a rental car for us one day and a day cruise the next and was so friendly. The place was nice and in a good location, easy walk to Parikia and the restaurants along the water. Will definitely stay here again if I ever return to Paros.

Trevligt litet hotell/pensionat, med väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ganska enkel standard, men fullt funktionellt och det gick att slappna av. Prisvärt! Mysigt rum med stor fin balkong. Det ligger när hamnen, restauranger och strand men ändå i ett lugnt och tyst område.

Great choice- super friendly.
Staying at this place is like staying with family. They met us at the ferry and took us to their place without anything prearranged. They have a great courtyard in front of the rooms to hang out in. It's well located for the beach and old town. It's not luxury but it was comfortable and the price was right.

Durante La prenotazione abbiamo indicato il traghetto con cui saremmo arrivati e Marisa era ad aspettarci per accompagnarci in macchina (ma comunque vicinissimo anche a piedi). Ci ha aiutato con le spiagge (tutte le mattine a seconda del vento), con i ristoranti, con il noleggio di un motorino. Una sera abbiamo trovato un piccolo snack con pomodorini, formaggio e vino. In camera frigo (anche se un po rumoroso), aria condizionata e piccolo phon. Vicino alla old town, a ristoranti, al noleggio auto e moto, alla fermata del bus, al supermercato... Camera e bagno piccoli. Cattiva insonorizzazione delle camere se avete come noi dei vicini che urlavano di notte nella zona comune. .. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Séjour agréable
Nous avons passé 3 nuits chez Marisa, avec notre petit-fils. Marisa parle français et est toujours prête à donner des renseignements. La chambre est très propre et la terrasse sous les arbres est bien agréable. Adresse à recommander.

Friendly staff. Walking distance to old town.
Marissa Rooms is a Greek guesthouse located in a slightly awkward location about 10 minutes away from the port and the old town. However, staff was really friendly and explained to us about all the attractions around the town and where's best to catch the sunset. There are great restaurants just down the road along the esplanade. Wifi was great and beautiful bouganvilla flowers decorate the outdoor lounge area. We had a really good sleep as the beds were comfy. We wished the location was much closer to the old town but for such a price you can't complaint!

Marisa and cats forever
L'hotel è a dieci minuti a piedi dal porto e dal centro. la stanza è abbastanza grande e anche il bagno ha una doccia molto comoda. All'interno della camera c'è il frigor e tutto il necessario per farsi tè e caffè. Pulizia impeccabile, tutti i giorni pulivano e ci cambiavano gli asciugamani. Grande simpatia e disponibilità di Marisa e di sua madre, Marisa oltre ai vari consigli su cosa visitare ci ha dato indirizzi dove cenare, ci ha prenotato un motorino a un buon prezzo e ci ha riaccompagnato al porto il giorno della partenza. E' stato un soggiorno sereno, ricorderemo sempre con piacere Marisa, sua madre e soprattutto i suoi vari gatti.

Very good family-run hotel in Paros
This hotel is a family run hotel and you'll really feel like you are living in a Greek family. The hotel is positioned near the port and the main bus station which is really nice if you want to travel to the various beaches in Paros. The price/quality ratio was excellent. However, you may sometimes hear some noise - like doors slamming from the other rooms.

Small room but lovely stay
What a wee gem, especially for the price (26 euro pn on Hitels.com). Our room was very small (on the first floor), but beautifully decorated. Other rooms were more spacious. The balcony gave plenty of light and the air con worked well. The bathroom was tiny, but quite functional. The real highlight was the lovely generous welcome by the two sisters who run the place. You were really made to feel at home and the hotel is just a minute or two to bakery, small supermarket and heaps of bars/restaurants. The port is a 5-minute stroll away, but the hotel is happy to pick you up (worked a treat for us). Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable (if small) room in a handy position at a great price.
