nice place but poor service
nice place but poor service. even though this very luxury place service were so so. They were confused all the time about billing and so on. So I had some trouble with it. I hope they could more concentrate for caring customer rather than trying to sell more expensive room when we check in.

엉망인 커뮤니케이션이 실망 스러웠다
중요한 클라이언트를 이 호텔에 묶게 했는데 직원의 실수로 카드 결제 오류가 여러번 반복 되어 클라이언트와 민망한 상황이 여러 번 반복되었다. 호텔 로비에 가서 컴플레인을 하고 나서야 호텔측에서 클라이언트에게 사과했는데 그 과정까지 너무 복잡하고 스트레스가 심했다. 시설과 위치, 객실의 상태는 모두 완벽했지만 커뮤니케이션이 엉망이 되서 그 모든 완벽함이 반감되었다. 손님에 대해 좀더 존중하는 태도가 절실히 요구된다.

침구가 아주 편한하고 좋았습니다. 직원들도 나이스 하고, 샤워용품도 향이 좋았으며 일층 로비 레스토랑 인테리어 분위기가 최고였습니다

The Perfect Hotel!!!!!!!!!!
디자인, 편의시설, 서비스, 위치 모든게 완벽한 호텔인거 같습니다! 너무 멋진 분위기의 1층의 바와 레스토랑은 꼭 이용해보세요!!! 직원이 HOT PLACE라며 이용해 보라던 이유가 있더군요. 여행의 질을 높여준 숙소였습니다.

The shower head water was weak, room overall too dark. Is quite noisy during night too due to the wind caused some banging sound outside the building

Gorgeous hotel with an amazing staff. Absolutely loved my stay the EDITION. The hotel itself is stunning. Everything from the lobby to the rooms was chic, clean and beautiful. Ive been to London numerous times and nothing beats the location. Incredibly walkable but also so easy to get a taxi or grab an uber out front. The bars at the hotel are a vibe so if you are looking for a great place to get a cocktail, you dont need to go far. The best part about this hotel has to be service and staff. It cant be beat. Every person on staff here is so kind, helpful and attentive. My friends and I must have sent dozens of emails prior to arriving and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request. Would absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for a great location and a beautiful hotel with incredible service, look no further and book the EDITION immediately.

I ordered a deluxe room with a queen bed and when my wife arrived on Friday the girl at the reception gave her a superior room instead. Just a day after I arrived and talked to the manager they agreed to move us to another room which was the room that we ordered originally.

Girls trip
The hotel is beautiful. Staff was A+. Truly enjoyed my stay here. The two concierge were so helpful. My sister and I didn’t have any great plans so we headed down to the concierge desk for some assistance. They planned our whole weekend while we sat and enjoyed a cocktail! Love the smell of the soap at this hotel too! Would definitely return.

Liked The London Edition Hotel for its great location. Lovely bar and restaurant. Very good breakfast. Staff are very nice. Disappointed we didn’t get the turn down service as I told my husband he didn’t need to draw the blinds before we leave for dinner as someone would come to do it. Windows are not soundproof as hotel claims. Had to ask for ear plugs. Bed wasn't stable so when one tossed/ turned it would wobble

Not worth the nightly rate. Room was small with a horrible view. I did not like the location. Room was not ready upon arrival.

Check in was fantastic. Nicole got me in early and had a very delightful and calming personality. The other morning concierge also was particularly accommodating and charming but I didn’t catch her name. The room was a perfect size for one (or two people) with a gargantuan bathroom and shower. The best was exceptionally comfortable and the room was very quiet. I wasn’t able to eat at the restaurant but it looked fabulous. The entire stay was really delightful and luxurious without any whiff of pretentiousness often found in 5 star accommodations. I will make this my go-to London stay.

Not great not comfortable
Super expensive and tiny rooms that are very unpractical, too dark, no place in bathroom for your products, generally cramped, noisy witch I hate. I don’t think it’s cool that a new hotel isn’t properly sound proofed. I had better rooms but also not the first time I get disappointed. Will only be back in emergency cases.
