Location is good, but only the location is good. All the other things were bad. Especially, housekeeping was not conducted everyday. If I want it, it shall be asked to Lobby. However, although I asked to clean the room by housekeeping, it can be missed. I can't understand this point.

Exterior architecture excellent but entry doors very unsightly. Doors & door frames to the rooms also require painting. Pool entry gate also very unsightly & requires painting. The bottom of the pool itself needs to be resurfaced.

It says right on the website there is onsite laundry. There is none. There were small roaches in our room,the other guests were very loud and the hallway smelled like weed.the pool had leaves and bugs in it.breakfast was nasty,only thing that was edible were the bagels.We had issues with the wifi.the maid staff was very rude.i could go on and on

This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that as soon as I walked into the room, it smelled fresh and clean! The staff was wonderful and I will continue to stay at this hotel each time I come to South Florida.

Housekeeping blocks hallways with their carts and had attitudes (it was a bother to move to get by) and asked for soap and towels and got the “Stare” from them, like I had some nerve asking Front desk were very nice *5 star to them!

Location very good. Can walk to restaurants. No frills as far as vacation spot inside premises itself. You need a room that's what you get. Breakfast ok. Need potatoes! While the room was just ok bed was great. My room was right outside the elevator. Woken up numerous times a night. Also did not like loiterers in parking lot. Staff was very friendly and active. Would I stay again? Maybe.

It was a roach hotel! The facility upon walking in smelled of cigarettes and the halls and rooms were the same, correction the stench became considerably worse as we ventured to the rooms. I had to switch rooms initially bc the first room smelled like smoke even though no smoking signs were littered all over the property. Some of the tenants were like walking zombies in the hotel! It was a weird sight and the children were scared. I do not recommend....to my worst enemy! Drug infested, filthy, akin to an unkept homeless shelter. I wouldnt be surprised if the police raided this place.

It is easy to find and centrally located to a lot of what I was doing. Lots of great restaurants, stores and cafes in walking distance. Sound travels through the walls. Sound from the hallway was loud. I had to stuff a towel at the base of my door. Breakfast was the exact same each morning. A variety couldn’t hurt.

Fairly clean property, but the staff needs to be more polite and welcoming (they are rude) they treat you based on how you look and attire which makes no sense in my human eye . Breakfast is horrible mostly stale even the fruits not eatable , my family and I been staying here for awhile check out and check in as needed or as necessary, but each time we do check out we tend to chill around property for awhile just to rebook . It’s always an issue for us because the staffs always complaining that we can’t stay (yet we’re going to rebook) because of property rules and such we obliged , but one day while I was there sitting by the pool a random person just starting showering at the pool area where you would wash the chlorine water off ( I was so shocked) a whole bathing taking place (I have evidence) then there’s this other guy who comes to sleep over there on the regular walks and cough up colds and spits all over the area where you would sit and eat so disgusting. I’m not a person to write reviews but I’ve seen to many filthy stuff goes on at this Hotel and I never complained until now . Another issue is the room service come knocks our door at 9:43 (check out 11am ) almost everyone we’re in a room then when we complain to the front desk all we hear is we’re sorry we never get compensated for nothing at all nothing it’s not fair I’m paying but can’t be comfortable where I’m paying for it’s ridiculous

I booked 2 rooms for my family & I for a wedding we were attending & I was definitely disappointed with my room (410). The room smelled horrible, the headboards were dirty etc….I always bring disinfectant, cleaning supplies, my own sheets, pillows, whenever I stay at a hotel & thank goodness I did, because they were booked & couldn’t provide us with another room with 2 queen beds. The worker that checked us in did provide us with the spray bottle to spray to “help with the odor” from the carpet. Wow thanks a lot (sarcasm). No one bothered to check to make sure we were good. Why would they, the rooms were paid already. The other room (408) was actually ok, it was 410 that was bad. Y’all have to do better with that room for real. The couch had a huge stain on it. Just disgusting!
