Homeless people, crackheads, people living there, smoked in room, and the peep hole has been busted out so it was just a hole in the door.

Our room was conveniently located near Interstate 40, which we were traveling. The property is showing its age, but it was nice to see that renovations are currently underway.

Worst Hotel Ever!!
My family and I were traveling and this was just a short stay to get some sleep before continuing on our travels. We go there to check in and we were booked for 2 rooms, 2 queen beds in each room. The clerk started to tell me that he had no rooms available with 2 beds in them and then found a couple but they were double beds instead of queens. Told us there were no pets allowed but the sign at the desk said $10 per pet per night fee. He did let us bring our old dogs into the room for the $20 fee. The rooms were the nastiest rooms I've ever experienced in my life. One room, the beds were actually on the floor, not on a frame or anything. The other room had roaches crawling all over it. The toilet, everytime you flushed it, water came up out of the floor. The electronic lock on the door was being held in by tape. Tried to talk to the clerk but he had already gone to bed and had a no vacancy sign up on the lobby and the door was locked. We stayed because we needed to sleep. Left at 6am and had to wake the clerk up to get him to open the night drawer to pass him the keys so we could leave. The hotel is going through a renovation to become a Choice Hotel but the rooms they are renting out should NOT be rented out to anyone. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I almost made my family sleep in the van because it was cleaner than the rooms.

Booked a nonsmoking room, it reeked of stale smoke horribly. Changed to a different room. Still smelled but not as much...at first. During the night I woke because of the smell, someone in another room must've lit up & it filtered in. Woke in the morning feeling & smelling like i hung out in a seedy bar all night. Lampshades are all discolored & grungy, low lit. Carpets are filthy. Can see daylight along the door edges. Advertised "soundproof" & "free breakfast" but neither were the case.

Worst hotel ever
I wouldn’t give this any stars this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not pictured below was the covers they had burn holes all over them and didn’t look very clean. We went to Walmart and bought cover. It also smelled bad in the room. I don’t normally complain but the conditions of the room were horrible. We booked it on Hotels.com. I contacted them and they called the hotel to get me a refund but they wouldn’t refund my money. Hotels.com did give me a $20 gift certificate for the website.

Had a Subway and a junk ward next to it. Cars were drag racing and spinning there tires till about 1am in the Morning the 2 nights there. This was in front of the hotel.

the lock on the room door was broken, and they took a $20 deposit upon check in on top of the expedia fee i paid on line. when i asked to get it back upon leaving the room key at check out, i was told it was put back on my card. it was not.
