전체적으로 아주 깨끗하고 고급스러웠음. 한가지 흠은 예약시 싱글침대2개를 주문 했는데 킹사이즈로 세팅되어 다시 싱글침대를 세팅하여줌.

Good if you don't need the internet or other help
The internet was choppy or non-existent 100% of the time (forget about trying to download the latest issue of the Economist, let alone the daily NYT or WSJ). Must have complained about this issue and gone down to Reception over 15 times during my 1 and 1/2 month stay with no resolution whatsoever. One time the manager did call me and spent enough time with me to seem interested in fixing the issue but no follow-up afterwards and no resolution of the issue either. One lady downstairs who seems to be the assistant manager in charge when the real one is not there (whom I never did meet) is a quasi-zombie. In summary, this hotel is in a good location with modern amenities (except TV does need some coaxing some of the time) but make sure that being always plugged in to the web is not one of your top priorities and pray that won't need any help from the assistant manager downstairs though the rest of the staff under her are courteous and genuinely amenable.

We moved 3 rooms. Dirty comforter, dirty towels. Fridge was broken had to throw food away. Cannot regulate the water in the shower. The vent in the bathroom wouldn’t shut off as well as the water in the toilet, so we couldn’t sleep at night. The smell of one of the rooms was horrible that we couldn’t stay in. Poor internet. Had to cover the AC blades with paper bags as they are not flexible and the air was coming right down on our head( daughter and husband got sick) Staff at the reception are not welcoming at all. One was so disrespectful had to report him. Way too expensive for the quality they are offering. Very bad experience would not recommend this property at all.

I was really astonished while reading your feedback as I met yourself and your husband in my office for more than one hour; your complaints were totally solved in the suite that you occupied and they were not major. Moreover, we moved you to the largest suite while your reservation was for the smallest room type. It is weird somehow to call on the morning of the second day negotiating for couple of complementary nights.Regards,

For me, this hotel is home. Its location is amazing, and it is friendly. Staff are kind and helpful and rooms provide everything needed.

We really liked our stay at the Park Tower Suite Hotel. Excellent cleaning service in our suite room and friendly staff. Quiet area in the evening and close to rarouche, zaytuna bay and city center. Breakfast could be improved.

The location is not good and not close to the beach or the center and you need a car to go to al hamra street or to the bay rock. No restaurants in the area or any close supermarkets. Room service is limited.

Comfortable stay
The room was nice and spacious I liked the balcony and it was clean location good I didn’t appreciate the cold attitude from female receptionist who didn’t even greet with a smile. I didn’t appreciate no internet in the foyer and spa was closed.

As a place I really recommend it, but as client who reserved a room early and mentioned the time I'm heading to the hotel and had to wait 5 hours to check-in as the personal mentioned, this was really bad. (They said the checkin is at 4 pm and I mentioned that I will checkout at 1 am to catch my flight, I wouldn't reserve a room if I knew that I wouldn't be able to rest more than few hours) though we could fix it to have the room at 1 pm but it's so important to take in consideration the requirements the clients also mention and I really recommend to change the checkin-checkout schedule. I hope this won't happen again.

The receptionist staff on Friday 14 August around 7 pm (a man) was very rude. We booked a suite of 2 rooms for 3 people. There was 2 complimentary water in the room, I asked for a third bottle and the staff said he will not provide it. I told him I will write a review and he said I should go ahead. Another thing, there is no security at the entrance. Someone knocked on our door 3 times saying man shopping. I called the front desk and reported this. The only thing I enjoyed is the spa treatment.

Don’t be fooled by the online images and description of this hotel. For starters the pool is empty and the excuse is there is damage from the Beirut blast which occurred 2 years ago- this ‘4 star hotel’ charges enough money for accomodation and room service, etc etc, to be able to afford a fix for their pool. Secondly, may not seem like a big issue but we were not allowed to smoke shisha on the balcony on our trip (one of the highlights of being in Lebanon) and we weren’t told about this rule until we were there and had already paid our non refundable booking. Fair enough, that’s fine but it’s not really fair if the people next door to your room are smoking weed and filling the hallway and outside area with the smell- mind you we had an 11 month old baby with us so that was nice to deal with. Also with regards to room service, you will be lucky to order something that the team does have in stock as there are only about 4 meal options available so don’t bother with the menu. The wifi is limited to 3 devices only, and you guessed it, we were only told about this at check in! The electricity cuts out at some points throughout the day but luckily only for about 30 seconds to a minute then it will come back on but you may need to call reception to have your tv reconnected to the wifi as we needed to at some points. I have more but unfortunately I’ve hit the word limit. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
