Staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean. Pool area as well as the pool itself was nice and well kept. Accommodated me w a service dog also. Definitely will stay here sgain.

The place was pretty dirty, someone else hair was still in the sinks and the paint was chipping and the bathrooms smelled like old sewage and the air conditioning was the worst, the unit was super loud we could barely sleep and the tv had two remotes where only one could turn on the tv and volume and the other could only change the channels it was so confusing and the parking lot didn’t even have cameras so we were worried about our car because we were right next to a busy restaurant and the pillows were so flat I had three stacked on each other and it was still uncomfortable

This property wouldn't rent to us because they have an in house policy about renting to locals our ac was out we had no where to go they refunded the money but it takes 3-5 business days so no money left no place to sleep I would not recommend staying here the staff is trashy and the place was dirty!!! Very very displeased on humanity these days....

I seen so many bad reviews I almost didn’t stay here, but I gave it a chance. My stay was fine, staff was accommodating when I asked for an extra blanket. My room was clean. Don’t judge a book by its cover I guess!

Worst nights ever
Hotel was dirty and outdated . The pool was only reason we booked there and it was out of order . Beds were hard as a rock and tv was crap and would not stay on . The breakfast was a joke . Will not be staying here ever again .

Stay Away
I'm not sure why there are so many recent highly rated reviews, but it makes me livid because I trusted those. This place is abysmal. Dirty, decaying, and downright sketchy. I pulled in and immediately regretted my reservation, simply based on the exterior appearance. I probably should have just cancelled and taken the loss, but I didn't. I'm still alive and I still have all of my possessions, but that's about as good as it gets. Several things are broken and/or rusted. The curtains are moth-eaten, the window is secured with a screw driven into the track, the sink drained extremely slowly, we were given used toiletries, the drawers and side tables were visibly dirty with debris, and my 9 yo son found a pill under the coffee packets. Also, the pool was completely drained and there apparently hasn't been a hot tub at this location in YEARS, although posted pictures show otherwise.

Not able to use the pool, it was only half full and the water was green. Entering our room (bottom floor), you could smell the mustiness, the back of the curtains have black mold which is bad when you have people who are allergic to it. The sink didn't drain and there was still hair all around the sink from previous. The bathroom was not very well cleaned. There was still a wet towel on the back of the door with blue hair dye on it as well as the shower walls. We won't be booking here again.

I asked to have a different room as the baseboards looked like it had been flooded and it was at the end of the hall next to the exit door and the second room I was in I had killed 2 spiders and then there was no hot water in the sink the next morning I won’t be going back

Was terrible experience we had gone for the indoor pool cuz we know it was humid and it was not usable it was only half filled they say they're redoing reconstruction but that is I never said anywhere there was film the whole place smelled very musty wasn't a good smell we had to air out the room before we could enter I'm so glad I brought my own febreze a staff was kind of snotty not very friendly room was a little who was dirty it was brown stuff on the shower walls I had to wash it before I could take a shower I would not recommend this one I won't be going back

The property is in the process of being updated. The room was clean but there was no remote to turn on the Tv. Called the desk and no one answered. Left 5 messages no one ever called back. Walked to the desk and no one there.

My experience was not pleasing. I had booked at the hotel because of the pool. I get there, I asked the person at the front desk if there was a curfew for the pool. That is when I was informed that the pool was under maintenance. I had told him that is not what it said on the site. Then the next morning, I get up to take a shower, and it was a very cold shower…I did let the front desk know when I checked and I was told that I was the only who had said something. Not once was I asked if they could do something to accommodate me…from the night before and the next day. Last time I will book a hotel with America’s Best Value Inn.

Very Disappointing
When I went in, the front lobby was nice. They were renovating, so I thought this is good. When I got to my room, I was so disappointed. The furniture was all kinds of beat up. The bathroom was horrible. The one piece surround, around the tub was caked with caulk. I couldn't bring myself to use the shower. I checked out the next morning and went somewhere else.
