Piezas con olor a encerrado, húmedas y con poca ventilación ya que no poseen ventanas, solo 1 que se usa de adorno por su vitral de colores. En cuanto a servicio, los chicos siempre fueron muy atentos y nos dieron recomendaciones de lugares. Lo que no nos comentaron es que el riad tenía restaurant pero que había que reservar con anticipación. Por lo demás, el desayuno era bueno.

Staff go above and beyond for guests. It was my husband's 60th Birthday and they had made a wonderful cake for him. Room was wonderful, bed so comfortable and jacuzzi bath great. Roof terrace facilities are brilliant and so relaxing. Breakfast is lovely quality. Excellent location close to El Badia and Bahia palaces as well as the souks. Hammam and massage is also available and is well worth having. Highly recommended to all.

Simply amazing
It was terrific, and the staff was accommodating and sweet. I highly recommend this place. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, and the riad location is close to the main road and walkable to the big square market.

Vraiment parfait !
Je voyage souvent en prenant des séjours de 3 à 5 nuits, j'ai voulu absolument essayer ce Riad pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine et du jaccuzi. J'ai essayé pas mal d'hôtels même beaucoup plus chère que Riad Nesma et je dois avouer dans l'ensemble par rapport au qualité prix, c'est plus que très bien, très jolie, assez propre dans l'ensemble. J'ai connu des hôtels beaucoup plus chère ou le servi e n'est pas du tout comparable. Le petit déjeuner est assez complet avec plusieurs assortiment. J'en suis très satisfait.

The hotel was clean and quaint, rooms very small, staff unattentive and hard to find. No refrigerator, no restaurant or bar on site. Food is pre-ordered and brought in so mistakes are often made and cannot be corrected.

When you make a request at the reception it's always "yes" , i made 3 requests and none of them were done. Definitely NOT a 3 star hotel.

The hotel itself is a welcoming oasis. The street outside is part of the Medina and chaotic with motor scooters, bicyclists, etc. if you know what you are doing it’s easy to find but the first Day there can be a lot of confusion telling a taxi where to drop you off. The hotel is beautiful and has excellent service and a mini- spa on the basement level.

The location is gold, its in the heart of the market area and 2 minutes walking distance from Jemaa el-Fnaa. The breakfast was amazing and the staff is beyond helpful, they gave us a map and walked us through the main attractions.

Great Riad!!
Customer service is superior, and location is excellent, centrally located. Within walking distance to the main square and many other attractions. Staff are courteous and professional. Breakfast is delicious, an experience in itself. Beds were comfortable. Our room was next to the street, and at times the noise from people walking by was loud, however, we were so tired from daily activities, that we slept through it. I recommend this Riad, we enjoyed it. We would definitely go back.

Nice hotel, excellent food, very friendly.
A welcome relief from the madness of the Medina. Staff excellent, superb breakfast, beautiful riad. The one downfall for us is as the room where we stayed (108), there was a constant smell of urinals. We pointed this out and they did have a look at it but the issue wasn’t resolved. Otherwise would I recommend it- yes but not that room!!

Such great hospitality and service. Our flight leaving Morocco ended up getting canceled and the Riad was more than willing and happy to accommodate us and help us in any way we needed. Plus their massage and facial was amazing and they have delicious breakfast! Thank you so much for everything!

Goede locatie prettig verblijf
Erg prettig verblijf, personeel 8s heel behulpzaam en spreekt niet alleen frans maar ook goed engels. Locatie is top, middden in de Medina maar eenmaal binnen merk je niets van de drukte. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Een echte aanrader voor een citytrip.

Extrêmement bruyant néanmoins donnant sur une rue principale menant à la place djemaa el Fna , rue en travaux de plus et réveil matinal au bruit du marteau piqueur, pour profiter de la terrasse en haut ou dormir c'est de fait compliqué ... Wonderful riad in a great location
This riad was like an oasis of calm and comfort as you stepped inside from the hot and frenetic streets of Marrakech. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed as were the rooms. Only negative was breakfast on the rooftop terrace where your food was swarmed by bees. Advice is to have it inside. There are many raids in Marrakech but definitely recommend for convenience to taxi transport, ease of walking to the main square and quality of accommodation.

Bonito y bien ubicado.
Riad muy bonito, las fotos coinciden con la realidad, y limpio. Muy buena ubicación, cercano a la plaza. En las habitaciones de la planta alta se escuchan los ruidos de la cocina muy temprano y durante toda la noche hay un ruido de una especie de motor. El desayuno no está mal pero siempre el mismo, sólo cambian la pieza de bollería.

Excellent Location in Medina
The entire medina is overwhelming. There's so much going on that it's hard to focus on anything. The Jemaa el Fna is a must - both in the daytime and at night. You may not like it, but it's definitely worth a visit. In the souks, there were so many vendors demanding our attention that we gave up even trying to shop. The historical buildings are spectacular. Very well maintained.

Hassle free great Riad
Great Riad with excellent support and help from staff. Great breakfast and laundry service. Great locationand easy to get everywhere. Suggest as we did that you arrange pick with hotel when arriving, nice vehicle and no hassles from taxi drivers/bogus guides.Have riad arrange your tours as it is much easier. Highly recommend this Riad

I came in very late to the airport
Around 12:30 am. I ordered their service to pick me up at the airport. I had to search a bit for their driver, but he was there waiting. The room was clean and close to the check in desk. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop of a warm type cereal, coffee, cream sugar, egg, breads and jams along with fresh orange juice was so nice. Location is great, very close to Djemma Fna. I was appreciative of their service. Solo female traveler, felt very safe.

Riad Nesma has the perfect location. Just near the hustle and bustle of Jemma El Fna But far enough to get your peace. And the peace you get at Riad Nesma. The staff are very professional. The rooms are on the smaller side. But breakfast, the terrace and their hospitality makes up. They serve fresh mint tea as and when you ask. The only small point is that if someone speaks in the hallways (where stairs are) you hear it. This could spoil your nights sleep. I would recommend this Riad to anyone

Outstanding service!!!
This is by far one of the best hotels I've been in. Quiet, silent, comfortable rooms, private bathrooms and air conditioned, delicious breakfast and just 5 min walk to Daar-El-Fna square, through a wonderful, surrealistic alley. Abdou and Mohamed are the BEST hosts, they really try to make your stay a wonderful experience, give you all the time you need to answer all your questions, always have a smile for you, and give you tips and tricks to enjoy your stay at Marrakech. This is very important because, as a tourist, a lot of people will fake a kind attitude to get as much money as they can from you. The riad has the pick-up service at airport or train station, highly recomendable if this is your first visit. Five stars! Definetly would stay again!!

Oasis in the City
Wonderful riad with a great breakfast, lovely room, excellent air-conditioner and cable TV. The staff were so helpful, friendly and funny....their warmth and kindness will not be forgotten. Stepping in from the street with all its hectic activity, this lovely riad brings an air of calmness and serenity and breakfast on the rooftop deck was delightful. Then in the evening, watching the sun set and the moon rise as the call to prayer resounds throughout the city....magical.

La reserva era correcta, hemos recibido ayuda p.e. sobre el taxi anticipadamente. Personal amable (!!!). Edificio antiguo, pero reformado y todo funciona bien. Por la construcción del edificio hay ruido (no muy molesto) que notas: el motor de aire acondicionado de la otra habitación, charla en el patio interno en las horas tempranas de la mañana. Nos faltaba silla en la habitación. Cama grande, muy comoda. Desayuno tradicional, comparando con otras estancias en otros países puede parecer escaso. Relación calidad-precio buena, recomendable.
