The hotel had a cluttered feeling to it. Room smelled musty, towel rack had rust on it, stains on the couch, and there was some red sauce caked on the floor. Bed was super comfy though and the staff was friendly.

This room, compared to other reviews in the area was very clean! Especially for being a pet friendly hotel. We are very please for the price especially.

Overall I would definitely stay here again! Unfortunately I was very sad because the indoor pool was closed because someone broke a glass Bottle in the pool. Due to an emergency we had to leave after one night. The manager was very understanding and happily let us cancel our second night and refunded our money. I was disappointed that they didn't have a big selection for breakfast but overall our stay was good. Very clean and great customer service.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The staff is very friendly. The pool was closed again. The facility could use some cosmetic work, paint, lighting… but the rooms were clean and beds comfortable

I have stayed here before, a few times. I have not been charged for a cleaning fee for my service dog. I was charged ahead of time, and told i would have to talk to the manager about it in the morning. ADA law says this is illegal. Plain and simple.

While the property appeared to have undergone some recent updates (paint, carpeting, etc) we were disturbed to find that the window to our room was broken and unable to be locked. Tired from driving all day, we decided to take our chances. Also, there were towels, but no wash cloths, and the shower water temp never got above just barely warm. Packets of hot cocoa or tea would have been a nice addition to breakfast, as the only options were coffee amd juice. The vending machine on the first floor also seemed to be non-working. $75/night was too high for this property in my opinion.

Please make sure that there are outlets on both sides of the bed. Two people have a lot of need for device plug ins and outlets. CPAP (breathing) machines require an outlet near the head if the bed.

The stay was fine. Beds were okay, pillows were not great. The indoor pool was closed due to glass being broken in it, looked liked it had been closed a while. Service was great, I had left my debit card on the counter and they gave me a call so I knew. Breakfast was cereal, bread for toast, and waffles.

has really gone downhill since our last stay
Have stayed here multiple times before, it has definitely gone downhill since our last stay (about a year ago). For starters, they called right after I made the reservation to say there was a glitch, the price we booked was wrong, it will be more. I said ok fine but it appears a month later that "glitch" still isn't fixed. When we called the day of checkin to let them know we'd arrive after 10pm and to ask the pool hours, the front desk guy straight up LIED and said the pool will be open "tomorrow 1pm to 9pm." I asked why 1pm when checkout is 11am and he didn't have an answer. Got there to find the pool is empty and clearly under renovation for some time. Hallways smell bad here...booked room for 3 people, the pullout mattress was so old and cheap it was about 1" thick and was covered in stains. Just nasty, this is a 1/2 star hotel at best. There were no linens for pullout the room, we had to request and then wait, even though we clearly booked for 3 people and needed to use that pullout as there was only 1 bed. Will definitely not stay here again. Not recommended!

It was just a pit stop on our way to Houston Texas. We left at 5am so we didn’t get to have breakfast. Over all it was fine. We stayed in a 3 bed room. Dog friendly was a plus! But it sucked there was only one exit/entrance to let out the dogs in the cold season and being the furthest from the door.

Overall a good stay.
The location was convenient for us, as it was near Sheppard AFB and the highway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. That's mostly what is important to me. Breakfast was pretty much just cereals, but I wasn't expecting anything much. So that was no big deal. They only had powdered creamer and that's a tough one to overlook. But the rest I could live with comfortably. Overall, they did a good job and I would stay there again, which is probably the best endorsement one can give.

Location is okay. We were just not familiar with the city. Had a weird clean smell. Missing the eggs, hash, and sausage for Continental advertising. Good waffles though. Shower head was an outdated detachable and angled wrong.

Initially we were a bit surprise at the wear on the outside the building. She is no longer in fresh paint as the photos suggest, they may be due for a few new pictures to be added. We were greeted by a very nice family and their pups at check in. The staff did inform us that the only way in and out was through the front door for security. The rooms were quiet and everything was clean. We did not have a chance to enjoy the pool while there, but it is indoors and we could hear laughter coming from the room. We did have to cut our stay shorter to avoid an incoming cold front that would arrive over night.

This is where I stay when in Wichita Falls Tx because it is reliable, clean, friendly, and does not break the bank. I don't eat breakfast so that is not important to me but they do have cereal, waffle, bread, muffins, and oatmeal. They do have a picnic and grill area if you do that kind of thing, a frig and microwave is all I need.
