Although the floor was wood it had not been cleaned in quite a while. Our white socks turned black. The room was the smallest I have ever been. The room did have TV, microwave, and refrigerator but did not use them. The shower/tub was so slippery that I had to hold onto the walls with one hand to keep from falling. No place for suitcases or closets. Shelves only and very small.

Nothing really. The tub didn't drain. We tested a king bed and got 2 double beds that were hard to sleep on with 2 grown people.

This place is in bad need of remodel, the shower curtains about to fall off the wall, so is the tile rack the drain stopper is missing in the sink and the tile in the bathroom floors all cracked up.

It felt dirty. There was holes in the sheets and covers. The bathroom tile was cracked, gross, and the toilet seat was chipped. We had to call the police due to the noise coming from the next room since management could not control it.

Everything was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze and the room was clean. The air conditioner was on. We had a very good spot. You can see the parking lot from the window. We felt safe all the time. I must admit after I booked it I was a little concerned about some of the reviews, but everything was perfect and what a great price!! Two thumbs up from this guy

In diesen 8 Tagen wurde nicht geputzt! Im Badezimmer lagen schwarze lange Haare von unserer Ankunft bis zur Abreise an der gleichen Stelle. Aus der Klimaanlage im Badezimmer kam ständig Dreck. Die Bade-/Duschwanne hat wahrscheinlich monatelang keine Reinigung erfahren. Einfach eklig!!! Der Frühstückraum war verschlossen. Entweder haben wir im Gang oder in unserem Zimmer gefrühstückt. Es gab weder Marmelade, Käse, Wurst, Eier oder Bacon zum Frühstück. Nur Toast, Butter, abgepackte Kuchen, Kornflakes, lauwarmen bis kalten Kaffee oder Milch. Dem Typ an der Reception war bei unserer Abreise nur wichtig, dass er eine gute Bewertung erhält. Wir wurden nicht mal verabschiedet. Ein Zimmer im 1. OG wurde uns auch verwehrt, angeblich wegen Renovierung. Da war nichts. Da wir in der Nachsaison waren, waren wir teilweise die einzigen Gäste.

It was the most horrible place i have ever stayed, we checked in and room was not ready so they gave us another room, once we got to the room it smelled horrible. They had not cleaned the fridge and it had rotten food stains, we opened fridge and it made the entire room smelled called front desk to get it changed. Maintenance guy comes switched the fridge for a smaller one. Starts to clean the floor with a rag and use the same rag to clean the sink area. The sink area had a urine smell, shower drainage was not flowing. We will take a shower and water was stuck on the tub, floors were dirty. On the website mentioned continental breakfast they only had coffe bread and cereal. And the list keeps going, don't waste you money at this trashy place

The toilets were dirty it peed on the sides of them dirty on the inside. With three people in the room it couldn't give us three washcloths. Overall experience with one two to 10.

While checking in a guest came in demanding a refund for her bedding being dirty. She said her pillowcase had makeup on it, sheets were dirty as well with stains. We decided to check our sheets to give benefit of doubt and they were ok so we stayed. But the room was not very clean. We had been driving forever, already paid for room, hot and exhausted so we stayed as the beds were ok. After settling in we found mold on the restroom wall and behind toilet. Noticed pet hair and dirt balls next to the dresser.. that was missing the bottom drawer. We also killed two German roaches during our stay.. one in the restroom and one near our bed. We asked for an extra blanket and we were told there weren’t any.

I booked non smoking room. And it turned out the smoking room because there was cigarette butt under the bed. The whole room smelled smoking. It was so dirty with dust, flys and roaches. Also we didn’t feel safe as the room directly faced to the parking lot so it would get breaking in easily. Next day we had to book another hotel even though we lost a night of $120 because NO WAY we could stand it anymore.

For the price I paid I will never stay here again. From the beginning the front desk (Male) was very rude. Once I got my room I noticed the smelt so bad. The restroom was dirty, towels had stains, and floor had dirt all on them. The hotel is in a good location but it needs to be updated and the workers need to learn how to talk to their costumers.

Receptionist is always on personal phone call
The receptionist is always on the phone talking in a foreign language. I had to wait in the lobby and he would not stop talking for at least one hour. It was annoying and unproffesional.
