Miss this Hotel
The Hotel for a solo trekker is a good price the only down fall is the location, it is very much out in the middle of nowhere. And the language barrier, app for hotel says English speaking staff at hotel, this very little, l have app on my phone for languages so this was not a barrier but bit still make things very slow to communicate back forth to each other. Also as stated out in nowhered land, and the hotel very run down, staff doing best to help (staff very helpful) just the shabbiness of the hotel not doing it any favours, as l have booked a weeks stay here, but due to conditions and all the above cut my stay very short here. The hotel need a bit of respect to details in the look of it, and the interior look, it have a very sad outdated run down look, this not in a good way. As a solo traveller this is not a place l would go back to in a hurry, if you are passing through just for the night, yes a place to rest your head, but not a place to stay for more time, l would give this place a miss on your travels. Again l could not fault the staff, they helped as much as they could, but the place the hotel and conditions limited what service they could provide. Also due to out of season, the pool was not in use.

Das Personal ist nett und die Räume sind sauber. Aber das Hotel wurde in Jahrzehnten nicht repariert. Schwimmbad ist eine Enttäuschung, die liegen sind alle kaputt, welche Paar noch geblieben sind hart, keine Matratzen. Ich bin der Meinung das Hotel braucht zuerst eine gute Reparatur, dann darf man da wieder die Zimmer Bicheb. Jetzt soll es aber weg

Not good … not going back again
Seems there’s always a reason why 2 star hotels shouldn’t be frequented. Not good stay, to much noise (screaming, shouting, crying) from other rooms till 03-04am and no one from hotel was bothered to make them shut up. Hotel was in a location with live folk music restaurants, which sounded as being below your balcony. Hotel hade smoking smell from the lobby to inside rooms. It gave a sensation of being in a dirty (not clean) place. Distant from the city, not good location. You would probably need a car if you plan to move during your stay. The only good thing U could mention is the swimming pool, which looked quite good, even though i had no time to use it. Never again in that place

Hotel in totaal verlaten buurt. Echt vergane glorie: gigantisch hotel dat voor meer dan de helft niet meer in gebruik is, waar je achter gordijnen massa's vernielde en ongebruikte stoelen en tafels ziet staan, regelmatig gebarsten tegels tegenkomt en alle kamerdeuren klemmen, waardoor al je buren ook met de deur moeten slaan, wat het moeilijk maakt om te slapen. Maar voor de prijs die ze vragen, zeker wel in orde. Zwembad is fijn, kamers gigantisch en als je een auto hebt kun je op 20 minuten bij metrostation Kifisia zijn, daar gratis parkeren en de directe metrolijn naar hartje Athene nemen. Wifi werkt niet goed in de kamer, wel in de lobby en ontbijtruimte. Ontbijtbuffet gelijksoortig aan alle kleine hotels in Griekenland.

Bon établissement.
Bon établissement pour une étape d'une nuit. Restaurants à proximité immédiate et grande piscine très agréable. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Petit-déjeuner correct et très bon accueil du personnel (probablement la gérante). Un petit effort à faire sur l'entretien des parties communes (hall d'accueil, piscine) mais l'ensemble reste très correct au vu du prix.

Sijainti kaukainen keskustasta. Pitää mennä kahdella bussilla ja metrolla, jotta pääsee keskustaan. Lähellä ei ole kuin yksi kahvila-leipomo. Lähimpään kauppaan pitäisi mennä taksilla tai kahdella bussilla. Uima-allas oli paras mukavuus hotellissa. Tosin loppuviikosta siinä oli jo paljon roskia, eikä niitä siivottu.

Pas trop mal, mais...
Séjour de 4 jours qui a très mal commencé car nous n'étions pas attendu. Nous avons été accueilli par un Mr qui ne parlait pas bien anglais et qui n'était pas très agreable. Heureusement à partir du lendemain nous avons eu affaire à une dame très agréable (sûrement la gérante). Hôtel désert les premiers soirs, chambre propre. Hôtel qui a du avoir du grand standing avant la crise économique car beaux matériaux mais un peu défréchi (porté coulissante qui ne se ferme pas, système de VMC vétuste au plafond de la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner correct et grande piscine. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré ses petits inconvénients. Un peu bruyant vers les 6h du matin (heure où les voisins se réveillaient)

Preisleistung war in Ordnung
Erster Eindruck war ok, es sind aber viele Kleinigkeiten die gemacht werden sollten. 1. Die Fliesen vom Pool sollten mal gereinigt werden, schaut nicht gut aus. Sonst ist der Pool, der alter entsprechend ok. 2. Aufzug war defekt und im Treppenhaus vom Stock zur Stock zwischen der Treppengelände ist einer große Öffnung, der sehr gefährlich für kleine Kinder ist!! 3. Zimmer war ok, was mich aber hier nicht gefallen hat, ein Teil mein Vorhänge waren nicht richtig eingesetzt und hängten einfach runter. 4. Im Bad waren keine Seife und keine Shampoo vorhanden. 5. Das Frühstück war nichts besonders, obwohl es dabei war, habe ich nichts davon angefasst. In groß und ganzen war das Hotel der älter entsprechend ok. Es sind trotzdem viele Kleinigkeiten die gemacht werden sollten und nicht wirklich viel Geld kosten die zu beheben.

Reservation issues, but not bad.
Hotel wasn't showing my reservation. Extremely helpful staff put me in 2 separate rooms since all other rooms were booked. Room was bare and air conditioner leaked. Would still recommend for a night for the price paid. Night life in the surrounding area was well awake.

Das Hotel hat seine Glanzzeiten seit vielen Jahren hinter sich. Auch unter Berücksichtigung der Finanzkrise in Griechenland kann man wenigstens erwarten, dass es sauber ist und das Personal freundlich ist. Schon beim Betreten der Lobby empfing uns ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch (als hätten Katzen den Winter dort verbracht...). Alles war bereits im Empfangsbereich sehr ungepflegt. Überall lagen alte Teppiche auf dem Marmorboden, die sehr schmutzig waren und zudem gefährliche Stolpferfallen darstellten. Die Zimmer waren einigermaßen sauber, aber die Bäder völlig verschmutzt. Diverse Glühbirnen im Bad und Zimmer defekt. Wurden trotz Aufforderung von uns während des 1-wöchigen Aufenthaltes nicht ersetzt. Der angepriesene Föhn funktionierte nicht. Wir meldeten alles und wurden eine Woche lang ignoriert. Die Balkonschiebetüren ließen sich nicht schließen. Die Balkonmöbel waren so schmutzig, dass man sich nicht draufsetzen konnte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war (bis auf das Brot) ungenießbar. Der Frühstücksraum, die Tische sowie das Geschirr schmutzig. Im Bereich zur Küche tummelten sich weitere Katzen. Das Wort Hygiene kommt aus dem Griechischen.... Die meisten Hotelbereiche, wie der Fitness-Raum, die Bar, etc. waren nicht mehr zu nutzen. Das Personal grimmig, die Atmosphäre sehr düster und traurig. Wir haben versucht, uns 14 Std. in Athen aufzuhalten, nur um nicht ins Hotel zu müssen.

Ποτε ξανα κρίμα το ξενοδοχείο.
Θέλει ανακαίνιση επείγοντος...κρίμα η τοποθεσία. Η ντουλάπα είχε 1 κρεμάστρα 2 φωτα δεν λειτουργούν τα περισσότερα στο μπάνιο θελουν αλλαγή το πρωινό φτωχό και η αποχέτευση μυρίζει σε ολο το ξενοδοχείο.

Personnel très accueillant,malheureusement l'etat et la propreté des chambres le manque de modernité me poussent a donner des notes très base la piscine est très belle mais de la a s'y baigner peu être pas . le coin est bien entouré, commerce a proximité boulangerie supermarché (lidl) des restaurants ouvert et dispo pour servir même très tard.

Although the room and hotel are clean the bed were 2 twin beds put together which were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel instead of the queen that they showed in the photos on the site. There was no fridge, no shower curtain, the sliding door did not lock that faced the pool ( only the shade). I asked for the iron and it took them 2 days to find it (a hotel of 90 rooms with one iron really).
