Está limpio (aunque es de los que no te limpian el cuarto al día siguiente y tuvimos que pedir más toallas) está bien aislado del ruido del freeway. Está súper cerca de las tiendas. El desayuno no es muy bueno y solo tienen 8 platos así esque si antes de ti hay 8 personas desayunando tendrás que esperar a que terminen y decidan devolver su plato para que te lo laven y lo puedas usar. En recepción me dijeron que así es y ni modo. Que solo esos platos tienen

The room was not clean I booked for four people and they onley had two towels in the bathroom and the bathtub was dirty as well.

There was no house keeping service. When I mentioned that my beds had not been changed or new towels exchanged, the front desk told me that because I was staying less than 6 days, this service was not provided. They didn't even empty my trash in the room.

Excelente ubicación , el hotel bueno , amplio, cómodo, el desayuno malo, solo vale la pena el café y loswafles , la televisión falló toda la estancia , hicieron lo posible por arreglarla pero no se pudo , tiene todo para ser muy buen hotel , está cadena en México está super…!! Lástima este en especial , con la mejora al desayuno estaría de 10

Checked in. Was told breakfast till 10:30. Showed up at 10:15. There was no food. No cofee. Nothing. And staff picking up everything as fast as they could. Would be happy with just a cup of coffee

Los pasillos tenían un olor muy desagradable, el sanitario no tenía agua, nos cambiaron de habitación y solicité sábanas para el sofá cama y me hicieron bajar por ellas, la recepcionista nada amable y me cobraron doble por la habitación, la cobraron dos veces

I reserved with my debit card but in the hotel we wanted to pay with another credit card, so the recepcionist told me she needed to cancel my reservation to make a new one, but I the money it's not back 5o my account, I don't know if they take it, I need to know how to recover my money back. It was a good experience in the hotel, but is not a good experience when my money its lost.

The access to the property was super easy, as well as everything around it is so clean and so tidy. The staff to check the same we’re super nice and very helpful. Hands down I would stay here again.

Siempre había sido mi opción numero 1, lo tenía todo, esta última vez fui a pesar de que el precio era elevado en comparacion de las otras veces, esta vez no habia toallas, pedi y me dieron pocas, no le vi problema. El problema fue al dia siguiente, el desayuno solo fue huevo, y cereal, lo cual fue mi sorpresa porque staybridge tenia los mejores desayunos de hotel, no tenian pan, no tenia waffles, no tenian fruta, no yogurt. Ademas las caminadoras no funcionaron. Quede muy decepcionada, pues el hotel no esta en las condiciones que antes lo conocí.

This is the first time I’ve actually written a review but after paying almost $300 for a night, I felt I must! The hotel was dated with a badly stained carpet, refrigerator that neither the refrigerator or freezer worked, extremely uncomfortable heater/ AC system that was extremely noisy. I had called ahead to make reservations to find out if any pet fee & was told no. After I was walking away from desk after checking in, the clerk shouted “I forgot, I have to charge you a $75 pet fee”. Needless to say I was not happy but it was late & we were very tired & of course had already checked in.

I chose this hotel because I had my dogs with me. I was nervous about even letting the dogs walk on that nasty carpet and covered down the sofa with one of the bedspreads. They charge too much for it to be that gross. Nice kitchen though.

The entire time that we were there no one ever came to clean the room. We had to go down to the front desk each day to ask for towels and they never even emptied the trash

Very clean, staff was great. Only complaint is outside back patio gate is broken and doesn't lock also most doors going into the hotel are kept unlocked. I would definitely stay again.
