아늑한 호텔
미국의 시골 소도시의 예정 방문지에 근접한 위치 호텔로 물색하여 숙박하게 되었음. Marriot 계열의 작은 resort 급 호텔로서 아늑하고 포근한 느낌을 갖을 수 있었음

The hotel was fine. However, we reserved a suite and while the main bed was nice, the pull out sofa was really bad. Only a twin but worse, lowest quality mattress possible. Also there was no privacy and no space. It was like they took a regular sized room and threw a low quality hide a bed in. Poor form from the Marriott chain

What's not to like? Friendly staff, lots of outlets and charging ports, checkout at noon (not like other hotels) Good breakfast. 3 miles from the event we were attending.Easy on and off the highway. Woud definitely stay there again.

It was a nice room. I stayed in a suite. The room was nice, but the tiles were loose in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a nice room.

More good than bad :)
The room looked a bit outdated, and I run hot, so I need to be cold in the room. The air conditioning was turned to its lowest possible temperature (58 degrees) but it, as well as the fan couldn't compete with the hot, September humidity. So imagine my surprise when I fully opened my large, second-floor window to see NO SCREEN in it. It is no big deal for me because I am not a curious child. Luckily, no mosquitos, bats or owls visited us during the night. Believe it or not, the bed was VERY comfortable. And I hate hotel beds! The bathtub's shower head had several settings and was wonderful. The room was clean, the towels were numerous as was the shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, individually made waffles with maple syrup AND blueberry syrup, pork and turkey patty style sausages, bagels, toast, scones, cereal, etc. It was wonderful. We will go back!

A Disheartening Experience
My recent stay at the Fairfield hotel in Fenton, Michigan left much to be desired. The room's outdated decor transported me back in time, and the bathroom's grimy grout was a clear sign of neglect. Despite claiming to offer a wired internet connection for business needs, the front desk informed me they no longer provided this service, contradicting their listing. The unreliable Wi-Fi they did offer was frustratingly slow, and the staff's lack of concern was evident when the manager conveniently left for the night. Overall, the Fairfield hotel failed to meet basic expectations of cleanliness, amenities, and customer service. I strongly recommend considering other options for a more satisfactory stay.

Room not clean, dirty wash rag left on the shower curtain, housekeeping never made the bed. No toilet paper. None. Breakfast bar was awful.

The water for the shower was cold. They gave us a different room to shower in and that water was cold. We left without showering and they refunded us via Expedia a measly $40 for our inconvenience. Not being able to shower is kind of a big deal. I still spent more on this hotel with no hot water than I would have for the Comfort Inn, and I could have had the basic necessity of hot water in a shower. What a joke.
