이정도면 만족해요.
좋았습니다. 아침식사도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 하지만 방에 있는 가구들이 오래되서 세련되어 보이거나 깨끗한 느낌은 받지 못했지만 친절하고 서비스도 좋았습니다.

광저우 칸톤페어 전시회 관람차 묵은 숙소인데, 파주전시장까지 지하철로 3정거장이고, 호텔에서 지하철까지 걸어서 5분 내외라 전시장 가기는 편함. 다만, 호텔내 레스토랑 직원들이 영어가 되지 않아 의사소통이 불편하고 식비도 신용카드는 안되고 현금만 받아서 불편함

지하철은 가까워서 너무 좋다.
숙소는 깔끔하다고 볼수있음. 하지만 냉장고 고장으로 안됨. 스탠드 코드불량으로 조명안들어옴. 전시회 기간이라 투숙객많아 방 옮기기도 쉽지않아 그냥 지냈지만 전체적으로 시설보수가 필요함.

광저우 전시장과 가까운 호텔중 비용대비 좋은 호텔
중국 광정우 전시장과 택시로는 기본 비용, 지하철은 3정거장, 기타 운송기로는 기본 비용. 그러나, 주변에 아무것도 없다는 단점이 있습니다. 기타 시설은 우리나라 중급호텔. 다만, 비용대비 호텔로는 좋다고 생각합니다. 전시장관련 출장자에게는 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 제 개인적인 경우, 다음에도 또 이용할듯 합니다. 저렴한 여행이였네요. 나름 굿.. 별 세개 반.

An okay hotel
The bed is hard. The 3rd floor has a karaoke so the lower floor room is a bit sound. The facility here is acceptable but the cost during the Canton fair was really high. It takes 5 mins walk from Chigang station C1 exit so it's pretty nice location. During the Canton fair, they provide free shuttle bus.

這次訂的是觀景房間，還好沒遇到留言說的床過硬和水壓不夠的情況，房間看到廣州塔感覺令人舒服， 衛生用品也齊全。 不過要注意經網站訂房的價錢出現有小數位的話，到現場他們會不收現金。

It was a nightmare.
It was a nightmare. The staff completely doesn't know English at all. Room was outdated. The door is super outdated. There were stains on the walls and tables. I ended up having big bug bites and their beds are rough hard and very uncomfortable sleep on. Safety deposit box wasn't working, Bathroom was actually renovated and very nice but the shower head was broken and water kept coming off on the bottom of it. It was such a horrible experience and except check in at 6pm. How outdated can they get?! Atleast 4pm. Never again I will come to this horrible hotel.

Hotellet ligger något avsides från de moderna delarna av Guangzhou och har betydligt mer lokal känsla än de många stora hotellkedjorna. Inte lätt att göra sig förstådd på engelska i receptionen och incheckningen tog lång tid. Allmänna skicket var slitet och gym/pool saknades. Frukosten var medioker om man gillar kinesisk mat och dålig om man föredrar kontinental. Nära till små butiker och restauranger och tunnelbana bara ett par hundra meter bort.

The few English speaking staff very nice and helpful. Restaurant staff very slow. As non Chinese upgrade to VIP suite, big but old. The reception staff tried their best. Expedia down payment was missing. Had to cancel second stay, Expedia charged cancellation fee, even hotel have no cancellation fee

晚上前台服務態度非常差，登記時一副命令的語氣，上到房門鎖有問題，經常開幾次也推不進，到第二天回去，房卡竟然還失效了，去前台時竟然不是幫助解決而是問我要不要續房，我可是訂了兩天的，這是我住過服務最差的洒店.

一般般的酒店，極其量是算便宜
位置略為偏。房間舊，服務不達標，主要是太慢。床太硬，熱水不穩定。被子不透氣。有點失望，畢竟是五星級。應該不大會再住。

Close to Canton Fair, but otherwise awful
This is a 'local' hotel. Nothing is written or done in English. Even breakfast was all Chinese (apart from some dry bread and black coffee which had no milk). I went to breakfast the first morning and didn't bother thereafter. Bath towels were grey, extremely old and all full of holes. None of the staff spoke English. Bed was totally hard. I believe the mattress was just a large piece of wood (and I'm being absolutely serious). First positive was that they oversold their rooms so I got a suite, having booked a double room (but that wasn't after the girl checking me in tried to make me take a single room). The suite was huge but badly designed. Only 1 power socket in the bedroom which was in use by the internet router!! So if I wanted to charge my laptop I couldn't use the internet at the same time! Also, there was a fridge in the room but this was always plugged out because there was no socket for it either. Second and last positive is location. Just a few minutes walk from Chigang metro station. About 3 stops from Canton Fair. Thank goodness there was also a KFC and McDs by the station so I didn't starve - but did put on quite a few pounds :-( So, please don't stay here if you want a comfortable bed, a reasonable breakfast or to be able to communicate with the staff if you need something.....

Lo mejor de este hotel es que se encuentra situado a tres cuadras de la estación del metro de la ciudad. Las camas son duras al estilo oriental. Pero en general buena limpieza, servicio cordial, etc.

場所は地下鉄も近く便利で部屋も広くベットも快適でシャワーヘッド、アメニティーグッズも充実。でも、、なにか足りない。。冷蔵庫が冷えない、、、、コンセントが電気来てない、、、小さいこと気にしなければ良いと思います。

O Hotel em si muito bom, mas apenas uma pessoa fala ingles, existem fumantes em todo lugar, inclusive nos elevadores, restaurantes, lounge, etc... A Localizacao e pessima, longe de td, quando se vai pro centro e um preco o taxi, pra voltar cobram o triplo do valor!!!!

worst stay in GZ
Did not get the Room that i booked. The hotel claimed that it was a better room than what i have booked, but actually the hotel was fully booked and they gave me a spare room which you need to take the stairs and carry your luggage up the stairs each time. For me all these is acceptable, but what i could not stand is the bed. It was like sleeping on nails. The springs of the mattress was rubbing on my body. I had to fold the quilt into two and sleep on the quilt. I will never go to this hotel again. Very dissapointing.

Canton Fair
Vi kom in sent på natten eftersom vårt flyg från Shanghai blev 4 timmar försenat. Även fast vi hade bokat en svit fick vi ett rum på 6e våningen. Här fanns det olika typer av dörrskyltar och allmänt skabbigt. Det första vi fick syn på inne på rummet var en stor kackerlacka som sprang på golvet. Som tur var fick vi hjälp med allt bagage och han såg också ohyran. Vi blev då omplacerade i ett nytt rum på vån 19 med två separata sängar, även fast vi beställt king-size bed. Vi blev lovade rätt rum dagen därpå, men vi fick inget... I övrigt var sängarna hårda, men toalettprodukterna var helt OK. Nära till Canton Fair.

I was stay on this hotel for 4 night...with my husband i could said that the hotel is good. the pleace is good, clean , big room, with friendly staff very helpfull... but the bed it is not very soft as *5 hotels. but it is enaught for me the breakfast is good as for *4 hotels, it is near with hospital, close with food shoop and just 2 km with my exhibition Pazho complex. 5 minute by taxi, it is near with train station just 5 minute walk, then you can go to every where i think i can said that it like a 4 * + hotels

2012/2/20~2/23 LED China期間入住的豪華雙人房. 1.床鋪太硬不舒適. 2.22樓水壓很低,蓮蓬頭出水像是用滴的 3.23日早上退房時是場災難,前檯大約5組客人要退房,收了我房卡之後超過20分鐘無人回應,催促了2..3回服務員說還在查電腦,整個退房時間超過30分鐘,動線規劃要再加強. 除此之外,整體硬體設備以及環境還不錯,性價比也OK.

I find the telephone number in the hotel's confirmation was NOT correct. It took me hard & long time to get into the hotel from Canton Fair -Puzhou Complex. Since the parking number shown in the Canton Fair service was different from actually hotel's shuttle parking. I tried to call up the hotel but invalid number. i got lost...... and was sad with the not matching information at all.

2011年6月にエグゼクティブシングルに4連泊。 施設は立派、部屋もきれいですが、サービスには多々問題有り。受信FAXが届かない、ティッシュ等の消耗品に欠落しているものがあっても2～3日補充されないなど。中国ローカルの5つ星としては、普通と言えば普通の出来事だが、日本人にはストレスになる。 このエリアに仕事があり、他に良いホテルのあてもないので、次回もここに泊まるかも知れません。
