위치나 주변 환경은 좋았지만 호텔이 오래돼 걸을 때마다 삐그덕 소리가 났다. 나머지는 다 괜찮은데 냉장고와 샤워 가운, 슬리퍼가 없어서 많이 불편하다

hotel at good location with good breakfast
The hotel was at a great location, near to almost all london's tourst attraction. For the musical, we could walk to piccadilly and to china town. My room was above a bar, and although the window was closed, it was really loud. The corridor was really narrow. In the room there were no mini bar (refrigerator).

모든게 완벽하나 밤에 조금 위험한
조식부터 룸상태 등등 모든것은 완벽했으나 골목길안에 위치하고 공원이 바로 앞이라 아침이나 낮에는 너무 좋았으나 밤에는 사람이 적어져 해가지면 방으로 돌아가는길이 좀 무서웠네요 그래도 주요 관광지가 가깝고 그린파크역 근처인 것이 너무 좋아 다음에도 올 것 같아요

Not recommendable
Only the location is priceworthy. No Showergowns No Sleepers and No shower or makeup materials. The room was too small compared to other hotels in london with similar price.

힐튼런던그린파크호텔은 공항에서 전철로 이동하기 쉬우며, 왠만한 볼거리들이 걸어다닐 수 있는 위치에 있어 참 편리하다. 또한 호텔에서 1분안에 그린파크 공원이 있어 여행의 피로를 풀 수 있어 더욱 좋았다. 호텔방은 윗층에서의 소음이 들리기는 하지만 전체적으로 시설면에서 어느 정도 만족할 수 있었으며, 직원들도 매우 친절하였다.

만족스러운 호텔
위치는 더 이상 말할 필요없이 훌륭,, 3일 묵는 동안 웨스터 민스터, 세인트 폴, 영국 박물관, 3군데의 뮤지컬 극장 모두 걸어다녔다.. 물론 조금 힘들었으나.... 호텔은 지은지 좀 되었으나 주변환경에는 만족스럽고 ,, 식당 안내도 매우 훌륭히 받아서 아주 좋은 인상을 받았다.. 앞으로도 다음 여행에도 이용할 생각이 있다.

아주 좋은 위치와 친절한 서비스
저는 조식 불포함 상품 이었는데요, 체크인 하려고 하는데 방이 없다며 잠시 기다려달라고하더니, 너무 오래기다리게 한 것 같아 미안하다고 조식을 서비스로 주셨습니다. 딱히 많이 기다린 것도 아니었어요^^; 그리고 호텔 화장실에 제가 세면용품을 널부러놓았는데 수건까지 깔아서 정리정돈해주셨더라고요 센스있게! 여기 정말 좋아요 런던에 가면 여기에 꼭 예약할거에요

편리한 위치. 스텝의 친절도, 쾌적함
정말 위치가 최적인 곳에 있음. 그린파크 역 자체가 매우 조용한 부유층 지역이고 언더그라운드 환승에도 매우 좋음. 아침식사도 매우 훌륭함. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 상냥함. 객실의 청결도도 매우 훌륭하고 기본적인 어메니티도 잘 갖추우져 있음. 단 복도가 조금 좁은 편이고, 복도를 걸을 때 다른 방 소리가 약간 들림. 그러나 객실 내에 있을 때는 크게 문제가 되지 않음.

도심과 가까운 위치
다 좋았습니다. 노후된 건물때문에 방음이 전혀되지 않는것이 너무 불편했습니다. 옆방 문여는 소리까지 다 들릴정도라 불편했고 위치나 서비스 청결도는 대체적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

편리한 위치
지하철 역에서 가까운위치에 있으며, 객실도 생각보다 넓었습니다. 서비스도 괜찮았고 근처에 슈퍼와 스타벅스,프레타망제가 있어서 불편하지 않았습니다. 바로앞에 버킹엄궁전과 그린파크로 인해 산책하기도 좋았습니다.

Ideally placed.
This was my second visit to this hotel as it was ideally situated for the places I had to visit in London. Within a minutes walk of Green Park and easy access to all the shops I wanted to visit. The hotel I am told is about to close to undergo major refurbishment, which would not be a bad thing as it is looking a little tired now in some areas. My booking and check in was handled with the utmost professionalism by well trained and polite staff members. I look forward to visiting again once the refurbishment has been completed.

公園の近くのホテル
28年ぶりの宿泊でした(経営は変わったと思います）。キングベットのデラックスルームを6連泊で予約していましたが、通された部屋はベットは小さく、エアコンの配管も壁をえぐった後の処理もないまま、部屋のカードキーは壊れ、ルームキーは倉庫用に使うようなタグ付きのちゃちな金属のものでした。部屋を変えるようフロントと交渉しましたが、最初は追加支払いを求められ（撤回されましたが）、挙句、翌日からしかキングサイズのベットの部屋がないといわれ、1泊は最初の部屋で過ごしました。往年の良かった印象が覆され、ガッカリしました。

O hotel fica bem localizado e cumpre o que promete. Café da manhã bom, funcionários atenciosos, quartos limpos, cama boa. Pedimos para trocar de quarto porque o que estávamos tinha uma cama de casal e como estava com minha filha pedimos duas camas de solteiro. Embora tenhamos sidas prontamente atendidas, fomos colocadas em um quarto no térreo, de frente para a rua que portanto um pouco barulhenta. Outro problema que detectei é que ouve-se o barulho do metro que passa muito perto do hotel. Mas no balanço final valeu.

We'll take your money but not tell you...
No A/C in the rooms at the hotel. I was not informed about this when booking only found out when I tried to check in. Given it was 25C in London, even the offer of 20% was not worth it. I was then told there was nothing they could do and a refund would be issued. At this point I had to walk round to find a hotel and checked into The Mayfair after trying the Holiday Inn. Not great from either Hilton, or Expedia in not letting people know.

Great location in Mayfair. The hotel is rundown and very poorly maintained. The rooms were grubby and not well cleaned (one wall had coffee splatters, the bathroom door was grimy, the bathtub had a very slow drain) and the registration desk staff seem overwhelmed/undertrained. Half the rooms lacked air conditioning(during a week of heat) and,in response to complaints, they shrugged and said they were full. It’s a good thing the property will cease being a Hilton property at the end of September- it’s not good for the brand.

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood (Mayfair) but the hotel has been maintained poorly. The air conditioning was not functioning when we checked in. The receptionist was super slow and seemed unfamiliar with their process. We waited more than 20 minutes to check in despite the fact that there was only one person ahead of us. The room was in shoddy condition and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The property will cease being a Hilton property in October and that’s probably a good thing for the brand.

Very good location with reasonable price
Hotel is close to Green Park metro station by 5 minutes walking distance, it’s a great location with cafe and supermarket around, it’s easy to get food supply or having a good meal in a decent restaurant. However the only thing need to be considered is the hotel not really new and there are stairs in the corridor which is inconvenient when you drag your luggage to room.

今回のイギリス旅行は全部で１２泊１４日の旅でしたが、このホテルを拠点にし、このホテルには計７泊しました。料金の割には部屋の設備・環境・快適度はあまり良いとは言えませんが、地下鉄のメインの駅（グリーンパーク）に近いため、交通の便はかなり良く効率的に旅行が楽しめました。連泊をしたので、後半は少しグレードアップされるかと期待しましたが、特に何の追加サービスもありませんでした。また、セキュリティ等はまずまずで一応安心できるホテルかと思います。

I will post photos but the hotel rooms were filthy for the cost - ripped chairs, stains everywhere rug and furniture - cut leg on corner of bed - also the rooms I rented (2) were not both available so they split us up & put us on either side of elevator - Excavation being done starting at 7am outside our windows (have the noise videoed) let alone the construction trailer that was wide open was the workers potty and faced out rooms - we were never told - unacceptable as a Hilton reward member - I do believe its because we reserved through Expedia - no air in lobby I could get over but the noise & dirt should have been embarrassing to the Hilton Brand.

Disapointed - shoudl have stayed at a Premier Inn
very disapointed in the hotel, starting with the reception staff, who insisted i needed to produce a passport as they thougt i was American. next the room , the underground Tube trains rumbling through every few minutes was quite an accompanment to the TV and sleeping. Whilst mentioning sleeping, every movemt resulted ina creak and grown form the bed ( and im not a big Man) finalay th elack of A?C in he bar adn restaurnt resulted in no breakfast for the first night stays( we could nt stand the heat) and in the evening the ice melted before we evern got th edrink to a seat, resulting haveing evening drinks in our room.

Very basic and room way too warm. AC didnt function, we had to call and later go to the desk to get the AC reset. Capacity was not sufficient at all. Great breakfast, central location.
