The hosts at this property are so friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Everything was spotless and we had a lovely big room. Our breakfast in the morning was delicious. Sadly we had to leave early due to illness, but we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for your kindness, we would thoroughly recommend.

Superb in every way. Delightful hosts warm friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble. My wife and daughter had a wonderful three comfortable nights in a spotlessly clean room. Breakfasts were A-mazing. And the best coffee from a B&B/Hotel I have ever had (and I have had a lot). 11 out of 10.

Fabulous weekend in Broadstairs
We had a fabulous weekend stay at 'Broadstairs House'. Nothing was too much trouble, and service always with a smile. The room was stylish and tasteful, with everything we needed for a weekend, and imacculately clean. Would not hesitate to return

Friendly, welcoming, helpful, well equipped
Lovely (Underwood) room for 2 adults and 2 young children. Excellent welcome, and very helpful both with the children and with providing vegatarian / vegan breakfasts. Owner is a Kent cricket nut, as shown by the names of the rooms!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Central to everything Broadstairs has to offer. Hosts, Peter and Jenny were friendly, attentive and the breakfasts were amazing. This B&B is second to none! We had a fabulous 2 week stay. Thanks Peter snd Jenny 😊

Peter and Jenny were exceptional hosts, could not do enough for you, so helpful, even drove us to the train station when we were leaving. Breakfasts were amazing.

Fantastic weekend break
What a great place to stay in a lovely seaside town. Wonderful hosts who make their home your home. From excellent accommodation to a top notch freshly prepared breakfast you will not regret staying at Broadstairs house. We went 8 years between our previous visit and this one, it will not be that long before we return again! Just go......you'll love it!

Great stay!
Greeted by the lovely, enthusiastic Jenny for our fun one night stay. Great room, very welcoming couple, beautiful dog and the best Full English breakfast the next day I could have ever asked for! Really enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely place to stay near everything you need
We had an all too brief stay in this very comfortable, friendly, and roomy B&B. Our hosts were very welcoming and seemed to have thought about our every need. Quality of everything was very high. Breakfast, as everyone has said, was really good.

Great location, friendly owners
We thoroughly enjoyed our night at Broadstairs House. Very comfortable, clean and large room, great breakfast (which was huge!) and fantastic location a matter of minutes from the beach!

Broadstairs Break
Excellent getaway for a couple. Coast is 5-10 minutes walk from Broadstairs House. Peter was a superb and very amiable host. He collected us from the train station (even after our train was delayed), gave us information and directions regarding things to do/see and made sublime hot breakfasts for the duration of our weekend stay.

Well located for the town and beach.
We had a great stay. The host was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much. Bottles of water were available, from the fridge, all the time and a beach hut was available for booking. Our room was fine and bright and airy. Breakfasts were amazing with plenty of options.

Nice birthday treat.
Lovely weekend stay by the sea. Room was cosy with garden view. Great location, only few minutes to the town with good restaurants & pubs, good breakfast. Quiet house, hosts Peter & Jenny were friendly and professional. Worth another visit soon.

Homely and welcoming B&B in Broadstairs
From our first welcome, when the owner came bounding out to meet us, we knew that we were in for an excellent stay. We weren't disappointed. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast the largest and most luxurious I have ever had in a hotel or B&B anywhere, the owner couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable, including providing our choice of newspaper and use of his beach hut, all free of charge. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Lovely little guest house close to everything
We went to Broadstairs very stressed out and in need of real downtime. The owners Broadstairs welcomed us almost like long lost family. We immediately felt at home at the Broadstairs House. They gave us access to their beach hut (we took turns with the other family staying at the time). They also gave us lots of information about what to do and where to go and were very accommodating to the whims of our children.

We stayed at Broadstairs House over the a Easter weekend on a last minute break. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. Bedroom comfortable and well appointed. Great breakfast! Would highly recommend and would stay again.

A great place to stay
We stayed for two nights. The owner picked me up at the station (my husband came later by car) and was very kind. The room we stayed was very spacious and next to it was a living room/breakfast room. This living room-rounge was also spacious with a TV and sofas. The owner immediately offered me a cup of tea. Very relaxing. We had a jolly talk with other guests. The room is very clean. Everything works. The breakfast was a full of volume and very tasty. Can't wait for another opportunity to stay.

Quant little B&B with plenty of personality!
A wonderful little B&B run by the friendliest couple. Arrived to a warm reception from the owners and a well prepared and clean room. Received great recommendations about the local area which had a good selection of food and drink. Breakfast in the morning exceeded my expectations and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed! Will be staying again if I'm ever down in the area!

Love this place!!
2nd year running we've been here and without a doubt will be back next year too :). Super breakfast, just as good as last year! Amazingly comfy beds, great location to walk to beach, fab beach hut to use with comfy chairs and buckets galore for kids, lovely big room with quirky but lovely decor and the most friendly couple and family and dog! Feel so comfortable and relaxed when we stay at Broadstairs House, am made to feel so welcome and is lovely chatting to them all in the lovely garden. Ruth

Schönes Appartment in Innenstadt
Sehr nettes Vermieterehepaar, das immer hilfsbereit war und jeden morgen ein individuelles Frühstück gezaubert hat. Wirklich einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die Straßenlage, die ein offenes Zimmerfenster erst am späteren Abend ermöglicht hat.

Being used to 5 star hotels, we did not quite know what to expect from a B&B, but this was exactly as we had hoped; clean, excellent and friendly service (the breakfast is a must), very near to the main beach area of Broadstairs, and very good value for money. We booked the Cowdery room, which comfortably rooms 4 people. We would definitely stay there again.

Great B&B with excellent hosts
Arrived by car. Hosts helped with bags and welcomed us with a nice pot of tea. Gave us a map and some recommendations of where to go and left us to enjoy Broadstairs. Very flexible around helping us with what we wanted to do. Breakfast was big and very tasty. Rooms nice and clean. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here with my husband and two sons, aged 5 and 7, for one night. We booked 'The Cowdery' quadruple room and were comfortable and very well fed.

Fantastic Service
Hotel was easy to find and withiin walking distance to local amenities. Peter, the owner, was extremely helpful, providing us with loads of local information about places of interest, good places to eat etc. The room was adequate size for the three of us; comfortable beds, good quality bed linen, large shower room with powerful shower, room was spotlessly clean. Be prepared for large breakfasts which filled you up for the rest of the day!

Our hosts went to great lenghts to ensure we had everything we needed. The cooked breakfast was great, a real treat. Try the house special, wonderful, but don't eat any more calories that day!
