ci dispiace ma non è colpa nostra nella prenotazione non ha visto bene che l'albergo è a piano di Sorrento e non a Sorrento. dopo subito il check in si è complimentato per la struttura. in serata mi ha chiesto di fare il check out la mattina dopo solo perchè era distante dai vostri amici a Sorrento.non è una ragione valida per discriminare una struttura

ci dispiace per il disagio ma lei non è neanche entrato in struttura e non ha letto bene i termini del check in.

Unfortunately, when you reserved the room, you doesn't read that the economy room is a room without window, and the place is Piano di Sorrento, on the maps you can look that is 5 minutes with the train. People, before the reservation, take informations about the place, the hotel and everything they need. I'm so sorry for this. I hope that you will come here to see all the hotel and choose the right room for you. With my best regards.
