정말 좋은 경험이였습니다. 특히 체크인시 응대해주신 직원분이 정말 친절하게 우리를 환영해주는 것이 느껴져서 아부다비에서의 여행을 즐겁게 시작할 수 있었습니다. 한국어를 할 줄 아는 직원이 이것저것 설명을 해주셔서 좋았습니다. 그외에도 룸 상태와 뷰, 조식 등 충분히 좋았습니다.

처음 맞이하는 직원부터 친절하였고 이른 체크인에도 불구하고 바로 체크인을 해주었습니다. 고층 객실이 있냐고 물었을 때도 최대한 높은 층으로 배정하여 주었고, 객식 또한 깨끗하고 멋진 뷰로 만족했습니다. 수영장도 많고 프라이빗 해변까지 물놀이를 즐기기 충분하였고 호텔 내에서 모든걸 해결할 수 있습니다.

2번째 숙박. 지난번 Beach view 과는 달리 도시뷰citiview를 선택하였고 욕조가 화장실 안에 아늑하게 있습니다. 전체적으로 호텔은 깔끔하고 보내기 편리하였으며 Corniche 중심부에 있어서 이동하기가 좋습니다. ADNOC HQ바로 옆에 위치하고 있으며 근처에 TOKI SUSHI RESTAURANT도 위치하고 있어서 일식을 좋아하는 분들이라면 가기 좋습니다. (호텔 내 일식집 은 추천하지 않습니다)

Accessible room으로 비장애인이 사용하기엔 다소 위험한 욕실이였습니다. 욕실에서 바닥에 미끄러져 넘어졌습니다. 상황설명을 하고 객실 변경을 요청하자 저렴한 요금제의 객실이므로 변경불가라고 강경하게 거절당했습니다. 객실 변경을 원할 시 1박당 AED1,000($300)을 추가지불 하라고 하였습니다. 게다가 GRO의 화를 북돋는 말투에 어이상실이였습니다. 비장애인이 장애인이 될 수 있는 방이라는 인상을 받았습니다. 이번이 에티하드 타워에 4번째 방문인데 두번 다시 머물고 싶지 않습니다. 여자 혼자 머무는 객실인데 행여라도 욕실에서 크게 넘어져 불미스러운 사고로 연결 될 수 있다는 염려를 하지 않는 호텔 직원의 사고방식에 두번 다시 머물고 싶지 않습니다. 그리고 정상요금으로 머물때라고 특별했던건 없었습니다.

I’m very pleasure that this hotel is very nice room and pretty comfortable facilities as well. However, I had bad feeling once I was check out on the front desk. One of hotel crew was quite rude (not see the guest and cold face) and unkindly treat with myself. Even she throws away the room key when I return back the key. I’m not sure of her exact name ....Miss Iibis… I would like to official complain this Hotel. Please no more like this happening. My whole travel was destroyed due to her behavior.

Great location with amazing views from room level 54. A must stay at executive club room level 45. All staff at club lounge level 45 are wonderful and made our stay memorable. We were well looked after and all our dietary requirements were met. We enjoyed different food options. Thank you to Conrad staff for looking after us.

I recently celebrated my 10th wedding anniversary at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite communicating in advance about our special occasion and receiving assurances from the hotel staff, the promised anniversary cake was not delivered. This oversight, coupled with the lack of responsiveness from the receptionist, significantly impacted the joyous atmosphere we had hoped to create for this momentous occasion. While the hotel acknowledges the lapse and has offered an upgrade for a future visit, the overall response doesn't adequately address the disappointment experienced during our stay. A significant occasion was marred, impacting not only our expectations but also the experience for our family who had traveled from the UK and India to join us. The sincerity of the hotel's commitment to improving service standards remains uncertain. It is disheartening to see such a lapse in what is supposed to be a renowned establishment. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for both the hotel management and potential guests considering a stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers.

An amazing city experience at what is a true 5* hotel. Spacious rooms, extremely comfortable beds, great facilities, incredible food options across a variety of restaurants. We dined at Sole and Rosewater (international cuisine buffet) - we thoroughly enjoyed both and in particular the chef (chandresh) was very welcoming and helpful in suggesting things to try for the night. Will be staying at Conrad Etihad Towers again for sure whenever I'm visiting or passing through Abu Dhabi.
