This is not a typical Red Roof hotel. Everything is in poor condition and needs updating. The bed sheets are old and all have holes. It is impossible to sleep. No breakfast

My towels were dirty. There was a crack in the tub. And a rodent ate the sugar packets and they were still sitting by the coffee pot.

It was okay. I probably won't go there no more. Charged me for a deposit, which I haven't been paid back yet. This was the only hotel that charged me for a deposit. The front desk workers are rude also. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

The sheets and comforter had cigarette burns on them. The room smelled like urine and smoke. A man was clearly out looking tonbuy or sell drugs when we pulled in. Staff was friendly enough, but did not care about the condition of the property when advised of the above mentioned issies. Absolutely disgusting.

The bathroom in our unit was a disaster. The bathroom door was damaged (huge whole), the wall behind the door was disgusting (not clean) and the bathroom ceiling was peeling.

Stayed here 2 nights. First night my family and I stayed in a suite which we booked here with Expedia. Went to check in first night into the 2 bed suite EXPEDIA put false info about the room. With an incorrect picture of the room. Pics showed the 2 beds with a separate living room that came with couch. THEIR 2 BED SUITE DOES NOT COME WITH A COUCH! Which was very inconvenient. Then 2nd night we switched to a regular 2 bed room and we checked in and the first room they gave us(116) has black mold spots all on the bathroom ceiling. Which is very unhealthy for anyone to inhale(especially since I'm 7 months pregnant as well) then they switched me to room 118 and after a few mins of being there 2 roaches in the room. Switched us to our last room and other than the weed smell from next door it was fine but they should full check/clean these rooms before they let people stay in them

The room was nice, basic and clean. My only issue was that there were always people (mainly men) just hanging out in the parking lot. I was there alone and it was unsettling that even when I returned at 2 am there were several cars of single men sitting in the parking lot with their music on loud. Seemed like I was always being watched. I wouldn't return there as a single female again. But the room was totally fine.

Usually we have a good stay but this time was a little strange!! The woman behind the desk was rude….we never had that before and when she was told about the water on the floor she said that the upstairs had a leak…ok I don’t want to breathe your black mold that’s on the ceiling!! You should not have even tried to get anyone to sleep in that room until properly cleaned!!! And then you got mad because I wouldn’t stay in there!! Wow….Never had a problem with this hotel until this stay…..sad!!

Stayed twice in 1 week. First stay was for 2 days. My room (#100). Was right next to the steps and could hear and feel everyone someone went up and down the stairs. The second stay was for 1 night and the room had a musty smell. Room (#307). Rooms were clean and staff was very nice.
