Receptionist was odd stating “we were taking over her hotel by checking in and she is exhausted from everyone all day.” Hotel was nasty and out of date. Smelled like smoke so bad, public women’s bathroom had a taped sign stating no men in women’s restroom? Which was creepy. Pool and jacuzzi’s broken. We are repeat guests - our second stay after one year. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good and prepared just right. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were hard and lumpy. The bathroom seems to be a consistent issue. There were no toilet paper rollers to hold the toilet paper rolls in place. There were not enough sets of bath linens for everyone. The trash cans in the dining area need to be monitored as they fill up very quickly. Thank you.

Good night's sleep.
Very comfortable beds and the black out curtains are amazing. The rooms seemed clean and there is also a decent complimentary breakfast.

Rented a 2 room unit. One of the AC units in a room shook so violently we couldn’t run it. Carpets were very dirty. Bathroom was clean as were the linens. Pool was also closed..

The images online show a well appointed "mart" however the shelving and stock looks very unprofessional. Breakfast was a disappointment not even a hard boiled egg, mini bagles, and pancake machin didn't work.

This establishment had bugs. Both in the bed and on the walls. Had to kill one cockroach crawling on the wall and two small bugs in bed. Will not visit this hotel again.

Yuck!
The carpet was disgusting. It hasn't been deep cleaned in at least 5 years. It has dark spots everywhere. I had allergies so bad I thought it was a cold. Tile outdated too. The front desk would only take cash for items like water or Gatorade. Probably pocketing cash. No maintenance on-site as I found out after accidentally locking bathroom door. I had to disassemble doorknob. Not fit to carry Ramada Wyndham name.

I will say the staff was nice and even the manager at check in, but it became very evident very quickly this place was not as pictured. We checked in for an overnight stay with kids in the evening and one of the best features was the indoor pool. At check in they did not mention it was closed and then upon asking is it for the day or weekend, I was just given an answer that it’s closed. The carpets were very old, the convenience mart was bare, there dining room was a joke. One bathroom had a broken off tile, the other bathroom shower wouldn’t work. Then about 10 pm we saw a cockroach and were just trying to make daylight hours because of the kids to get out of there. In the morning we saw another water cockroach on the wall area near the closet rod. Carpet was dingy, the bed skirts were torn and tattered with the wood box pallet showing. The fridge was even on a wood pallet to lift off the floor. It smelled like chlorine from the pool but I would never stay again. Upon checkout I wanted to change my method of payment only to now have 2 different charges pending on both credit cards. This was not worth the price at all and if we didn’t have young kids would have left in the middle of the night.
